Most visits to the store I ignore the attitude of the employees, but this last time was more than disappointing. I was met with rudeness and dismissiveness. Instead of a welcoming atmosphere, I felt ignored and unvalued as a customer. One employee in particular did not treat my sister with kindness, she was very judgemental, glared at us the entire time even when I walked in and smiled and said hi, and she was far from helpful. It was enough to make me not ever visit this store again. I hope this is not the standard of service at Ulta, as I've enjoyed shopping there in the past. Read the attitude of a person before you hire them. Better customer service training might help improve the experience for future shoppers.

Every time we have ordered online and if we have had an issue we have been able to get it fixed through the managerial expertise of Steve or the associate expertise of EJ,Aubrey and Sydney.
