Their checkout is really bad though. I dislike standing in a long line because of painful back trouble. They let the line get really long, then play favorites with who can go next, leaving me waiting in severe pain. When I made a complaint, both staff and customers were sarcastic and nasty about it. Would not stop talking and was less than five feet away every time we moved. I was very disappointed and frustrated my husband and i couldn't enjoy looking at the beatiful things together. I felt very uncomfortable and almost insulted because I felt like she thought we were gonna steal or something, which we are both devout Christians we would not do that.
