I had an extremely disappointing experience with this clinic. I spent a significant amount of time…read morewith the receptionist before booking because I wanted to be absolutely sure I was being matched with the right practitioners for the issues I needed treated. After multiple conversations and callbacks, I was assured they had the appropriate specialists on staff and was booked accordingly. When I arrived, I was shocked to learn that the practitioner I was booked with was not the specialist I had been represented to be seeing, and was not even a fully licensed physiotherapist, but a resident. This was never clearly communicated to me in advance. I do not blame the practitioner personally -- the problem was the clinic's poor booking process, misleading communication, and failure to set accurate expectations. What made the situation far worse was how the clinic handled my complaint afterward. I raised my concerns in person and was told someone would investigate what went wrong and get back to me. No one ever did. I later followed up myself, cancelled my second appointment because I had completely lost confidence in the clinic, and repeatedly asked to speak directly with the owner. The owner refused to speak with me and only communicated through the receptionist. Instead of taking accountability or offering a fair resolution, they told me that if I ever wanted to return, I would have to pay for another full initial appointment all over again. They then tried to present a small discount on a future session as though it were a meaningful gesture, but that "discount" only applied after I first paid for another full initial assessment. In other words, the offer was essentially a trap: spend more money first, then receive a token reduction later, after they had already wasted my time and money the first time. This was a colossal waste of time, energy, and money. What was most unacceptable was not just the original mix-up, but the complete lack of accountability, transparency, and basic customer care afterward. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this clinic.

The facility is super clean. The bathroom is down a flight of stairs, so it is unfortunately not accessible. I go to Paul (RMT) , and he's just fantastic. He's very interested in providing the best massage possible. I've had at least 100+ massages before, because I've had back pain since I was a child and I can say with all honesty that I have never had such amazing deep tissue massages before.
