When I dropped them off they wanted me to buy some flea medicine and told me I couldn't let them stay unless I did. I tried to tell the employee that my dogs take a 3 month pill. We went back and forth until she let me go so I could catch my flight. When I picked them up the owner never said sorry for the miscommunication. I can't wait when Freeport has boarding options for my dogs. Its sad when you do business with someone for 6yrs and they drop you like your nothing.

When I got my dog back she was all cut up, her ears weren't trimmed and she had been gashed on her side! I went in with pictures and spoke to the owner WHO DIDN'T EVEN APOLOGIZE!! He tried to show me his tools and say that couldn't have happened, but IT DID. No apology, no responsibility taken. My dog is scheduled for a vet appointment bc it's all so bad! I went to another groomer in town and they were appalled at my pics an at what yuppy puppy did.

The grooming technicians cut my dog's nail too short and they didn't tell me about it, I noticed…read morethat my dog was licking his foot then I saw he is bleeding. I called this store and explained. The person who answered was a cashier and she apologized. I thought it was over. I didn't ask them to call me back but later in the day, another person called me and she didn't apologize not even once but the whole time she said the my dog wasn't bleeding at the store and that had to happen after we left the store. I tried explaining to her but she kept on interrupting and she won't let me talk. She keeps saying that she watched the video and she saw that the technician did not do anything wrong and I was frustrated because she didn't want to hear anything I said. She said I am rude and she will hung up. I said I'm not cursing at you , you can't hung up on me, and I tried explaining and she hang up on me. I was not yelling or cursing not even once. Later on I took my dog back there to show them what happened, but she was there and she didn't even trying to listen to me at all but she kicked me out. She said she is going to call the police on me. I have recorded everything. I was calm and professional. She wasn't.

I try to withhold negative reviews as much as possible, but I really can't be silent on this one…read more We brought our pups here when our usual place closed down and were so sorry for it we feel it may have ruined our pups for all boarding now. When we arrived to drop them off, the staff wasn't friendly or inviting, which should have been our tell-all. Walking back to the kennel, it was dark, cold, uninviting, and sad. The worst part was picking them up. We arrived early, which gave us the true picture of their time there. They were so frantic to get out of there, they weren't happy to see us, but instead blazed past us for the front door like they were trying to escape. We've never seen them act this way. Despite having "outdoor access" their beds and blankets smelled so badly of pet waste we had to discard them, and they were having to lay in that filth and stink because they seemed to have had nowhere else to go. They also had never been given their toys or treats. The staff was as cold and unfriendly as when we left them, we should have run for our lives and never ever left our babies there. Expensive and horrible.
