I was amazed by how much Joan's Trophy had to offer. Growing up in Peoria, I always hear people talk about Joan's being the place to go for awards. History

Established in 1972.

Joan's Trophy & Plaque Co. originated in the residence of Don Whitesall in Peoria, Illinois in 1970. The business then moved in 1972 to 2108 N. Prospect. When Don Whitesall passed away in 1973, his wife Joan (company's namesake) continued operation until 1975 when she sold the business. Diana and Don Gustin purchased the small business, with its good name and reputation, in June of 1977. Four full time people (including the owners) were employed at that time. The business has been on a continual rise since 1977 and presently employs 21 people. Joan's Trophy & Plaque Co. incorporated in 1983 and moved from its first location of 3000 sq. ft. on Prospect to 6500 square feet at 414 N.E. Jefferson (downtown Peoria) in 1985. Joan's Trophy & Plaque Co. has grown from a small "trophy shop" to a multi faceted corporation retailing all types of awards - both local and world wide. Quality, speedy service, good management and excellent employees have been the key to the continued growth of this

Brent Gustin, along with his brother Brice are co-owners of Joan's Trophy & Plaque Co. Joan's Trophy is a second generation, family owned and operated business. After growing up around the business and working at Joan's Trophy through high school and onward, the two brothers purchased the business from their parents. Through their guidance, the company has grown to include services such as signage and screen printing. The Gustin brothers continue to work to grow Joan's Trophy as the largest awards manufacturer in Central Illinois.

Then on the phone he sat there and said I told him to do something "several times" when I only asked once which as shown in email so not sure what their problem is but definitely unprofessional and I'm taking my business and money somewhere else that actually deserves it and is professional. I'm always in the field to leave good reviews but I'd recommend looking elsewhere for instance like Cj Signs or way more professional places than this company . They also are charging an outrageous insanely amount of money to alter a logo. 175 a hr is unnecessary. This place needs business manners more than anything!

We made a design to be printed for a reunion and asked CIP to print the design on the shirts. The…read moreshirt material and design came out fine, except that almost every shirt was the wrong size. When we requested a re-print or refund due to the error, we were told we would have had to ask within 3 days of receiving the shirts. Of course we ordered the shirts so they would be received well before the reunion so they could be brought to the reunion. The poor product and bad policy was really disappointing for the high cost ($27 each) of the shirt. We will be using a different company next year that is half the cost.
