The pet crematorium I worked with gave me the wood urn and frame for the photo but did not have a resource for the engraving. I had to figure this out myself. Sure enough, ALE has a CNC machine and does all sorts of personalized engraving. The owner, Trinidad Marungo, was wonderful to work with! He not only could do the engraving but he did it the project while I waited. Cost was $36 which was delightful for a specialty item like this. ALE also does personalized engraving on wood, leather, marble, granite, glass, vinyl, stainless steel and I help you with design. I will be back!

I had to go purchase replacements but the first attempted was no charge even for the correct ones, but right so. Odd that the proof was correct but the finished items were incorrect. I located replacement sweaters then we tried again. No proof this time. I did pay a fee for the replacements, which I thought was odd because I had to locate and purchase materials at my expense due to their error but the good news was the price was do-able. I'd use them again but be very clear about what you want done, especially if it is a non-replaceable heirloom item.

Explanation of the 4x markup was due to the possibility of replacement due to a possible mistake on their part....so essentially the cost of doing business or loss due to mistakes are to be paid by consumer according to this companies policy. The hats that are offered by every other embroidery shops weren't offered here for some reason. The shop employees are rude and don't seem to have understanding of basic customer service accountability... BUYER/Consumer BEWARE !! (Rude + Dishonest Establishment)

My original plan to use the CO2 laser at our library, but that plan fell through. After speaking with multiple companies, I ended up calling Steve at Create Cut Invent. Steve was able to take my design and perform the etching and cut it out in the shape I needed. It turned out amazing and my daughter is going to love it. Communication with Steve was excellent and he completed the project very quickly; even though it was not a large-scale project. When I picked up my item, I got to see Steve's gallery of work at the shop and was amazed. The range of projects he can tackle, including extremely small intricate pieces, is utterly amazing. My table got damaged years ago and tried to have it fixed but it was made worse. Mar-Lynn fixed it all along with a big chip out of the edge of my table. My buffet had some sort of mark on it after a warm dish was placed directly on it and they fixed that too. They are like new now. I'll be having more furniture re-finished by them as well in the future.
