I've now had two excellent experiences with job done locksmith. I recently bought my first home, a condo, and it took me less than a month to lose all my keys. When I called after hours on a Monday night, Yoshi got back to me right away and was able to accommodate my schedule the next day. He was communicative and showed up wearing a mask (properly, I might add), both of which I was extremely grateful for. He got my front door lock changed in a jiffy and stayed to make sure it worked and that I knew how to program it. Then, the next day, I realized I'd totally overlooked that I also needed my mailbox key replaced. Wanted to kick myself, because I should've gotten both locks done at the same time to avoid an additional service charge. So I reached out to yoshi again and he was very understanding of my mistake and how frustrating that was for me. Job Done? Really? When? Let's put it this way, the job got done--ultimately because I did it myself! Let me explain. A few weeks back, I hired Job Done to fix the driver's side exterior door lock on my car. They were supposed to arrive at 9:00 am. But that didn't happen. After a few calls to their office, someone finally arrived... but well after 10:30. The "locksmith" if you could call him that, took the interior door panel apart, messed around with the lock for a few hours, and then informed me that he needed to get a replacement part. So off he goes! After a few more hours he returns. Again, only after I had to call their office to see what was going on. Anyway he returns with a part that isn't quite right, but he assures me that he will "make it work". After another hour or so. He calls me to the car, declaring success. But, "you will have to be delicate when you remove the key". At this point I want the ordeal to be over, so I pay him. (what an idiot!) A week goes by and sure enough... it breaks. So, I have them come back to make good on their work. The "locksmith" looks at the door and says he will locate a new door handle to replace the old one. I have yet to hear back from him or "Job Done". Meanwhile, I go on youtube.com, watch a DIY video, locate a part (for $7.00) and after an hour, have myself a fully functioning door handle. So, I basically paid $120.00 to rent my door handle for a week. read more

As a woman, it's always nerve wracking to look for service for something I don't know much about. I feel like I have a "sucker" sign on my forehead. Dani, however, set me right at ease. When I called Job Done locksmith initially, I was told that it would be $25 for them to come to my house. I called back later to make an appointment. He came out on time but charged me $39 for a service call and that did not include any labor which was extra. The lock that was installed does not work smoothly.
