This particular realtor made a whopping 10K to do absolutely nothing for us. We chose to build with her as an independent realtor non affiliated with the builder and she did nothing. She did not come to the contract meeting, the pre drywall, the redline, the walk through, the inspection, the issues with it not being builders correctly I had to deal with. You are just a paycheck in her world, a stepping stone. I had to do all the footwork while she sat back and collected the money. I encourage you to make your own decision but please don't be fooled by the first meeting like I did. The moon and stars of a great realtor was presented to me and the dirt on the universe was not even provided at the end. What kind of realtor doesn't even send a congrats to your new home, no calls nothing. We closed at 9am and couldn't get the keys until around 5 bc of a paper she waited to sign.
