And I didn't want to work with a realtor because I didn't want to feel pressured to buy anything before I was ready. However, I saw a house on the market and knew I needed to see it, so I started searching for a realtor. And that's how I found Krissi, on Instagram. I knew that finding the right realtor for me was going to be key for me during the home buying process. I started looking at houses this past winter, but I didn't have high expectations that I would find anything for at least 10+ months. Because I expected an extended timeframe, ensuring my realtor was someone I would enjoy being around was critical. Luckily, Krissi showed up as her authentic (and fun) self. It didn't take me long at all to realize I made the right choice to have her as my realtor. Plus, when I informed her that I wasn't looking to buy immediately but just wanted someone to be available if I needed them, she was patient and understanding. There was never any pressure -- just occasional check ins if she hadn't heard from me in awhile. Going through the home buying process with her felt rather comfortable and stress-free (crazy, especially in this market) -- the communication was always open and honest. In the end, we ended up buying a house sooner than we expected (YAY!) and only submitted one offer during the whole process -- the house I now call my home. And, the icing on the cake... we secured it for under asking price. But that's not even the best of it, Krissi had recommendations (and an entire team supporting her) throughout the entire process that made the process a breeze for a first-time home buyer. I am extremely disappointed with Progressive Urban Property Management. What I expected to be a…read moreprofessional, reliable management experience turned into a nightmare as a landlord. Communication was consistently poor. It often took days to get return calls or responses, even on time sensitive issues. More importantly, there was little to no urgency or effort when it came to collecting rent that was months behind. As the owner, I felt like I was the one pushing for action, instead of being supported by the management company I was paying. A major reason you hire property management is to protect your investment, handle tenant issues, and enforce collections. Unfortunately, that did not happen here. The lack of follow through and accountability cost me both time and money. I would not recommend this company to landlords who want proactive management, strong communication, and firm rent enforcement.

She was fantastic from the start and met with us and gave great advice on what would work and what we could reasonably list for. She also has a knack for social media and did a great job presenting the house on IG and the media outlets. When we had an issue with the inspection, she helped me find a local contractor and let them in and was responsive to all my texts and calls. She was absolutely amazing and easy to work with. I was blown away with her service. If you are looking for an agent who actually pays attention and has a clear plan, she is your person.

I reached out to this company as I read in other reviews they were "good & honest workers", well…read morenot in my experience. Scheduling went well, the visit from Brandon and his colleague was good, they promised to get back to me in about 3 business days with a quote. They never did. I called their office a couple times (leaving voicemails), submitted a message on their website, I also called back Brandon on his direct line he called me from, he happened to answer about 2 weeks after their visit. He told me one sub-contractor was on vacation and he would get back to me in a couple days. Still nothing, 1 month later now. What is so difficult about being honest? They haven't mentioned a single issue or concern, that my project would be an issue. I get that times are busy and there might be more ideal projects out there, but this is how you help people? Wasting their time?

I don't know were to begin...My wife and I are military veterans and were on the other side of…read morecountry when we were making the house purchase. We wanted to use our own agent BUT Linda had a fit over the phone with me. So Linda was representing the Seller and Buyer that was the worst mistake ever inI don't know were t this buying experience. The seller requested an extra two weeks before closing, so she could move and get everything ready. The serious problem we had after we closed the seller stayed in the house for additional 2 weeks. We were not compensated for rent we owned the house and property. We had horses in boarding facilities so we were spending more money. Lastly a 30 year old septic catastrophic failure as soon as we moved in. Seller did not report any issues with the septic BUT contractors who worked on the house stated the basement has been backed up with sewage. We had to completely replace the septic. This property was supposed to be fun and enjoyed with our families but instead we had sewage back up in our house and yard. Now in 2017 we finally replaced our septic and we have spend a ton of money. I regret using Linda as our experience was not at all great, we felt we had no consumer protections. It will be hard to gain back financially what we lost. Linda you were very unprofessional!

I was fortunate enough to blindly call Christine for a showing when I was searching for my first home. I do not use the term "fortunate" lightly. As she was my first encounter with real estate purchases, I only now realize that she is one-of-a-kind and makes the entire process as enjoyable as possible. Being a young woman, many realtors I encounter are rude and driven only by the bottom line. I have recently had one listing agent (incorrectly) assert that any houses I wanted would be out of my price range and to try a cheaper area when his listing was below my budget. Christine was never like this--she spent many months finding the perfect house for me and refused to let me settle for something I wasn't in love with. She truly does go the extra mile in everything she does. She gets to know you and what you want in a home. She'll make you feel like part of the family and is not focused on the commissions she'd get out of a deal. She is truly in it for her clients. Here are a few examples to illustrate my point: 1. She pretty much takes the attitude of "if I wouldn't want my kids living here, I won't show you it." She correctly refused to show me homes, despite being more expensive, if she knew something was likely to go wrong (i.e. previously known water damage). 2. Her self-proclaimed "momma bear" mode went into full effect when the seller I was dealing with tried to back out of the home warranty agreed upon in the contract. She forfeited part of her commission to ensure it was included. 3. As a first time homeowner, I probably texted her questions for weeks after the purchase. She responded every time in a friendly and informative matter and even sends reminder post cards every few months (like to change the furnace filter). 4. I am now choosing to sell my home through her (first-time seller) and my experience parallels my amazing purchasing experience with her. 5. She is up to date and available for EVERYTHING--Social media, the market, the area, the procedures, literally everything. I can approve or deny a showing on my home via text. I can text or call her and expect a response almost immediately.
