I called them and they assured me they would come and take a look at things when they were in my area again. In my area again???? I have been waiting almost EIGHT weeks and there has been no visit from them. Presley texted me a few times to say they haven't forgotten about me, the last time being almost three weeks ago. He did get me some hot water but tell me what happened to the cold water......only had hot water.
