We have been SUPER happy with Joe as our new insurance rep. We were with State Farm for years for auto and renters, but when we started looking for a house, we wanted to explore other options as we weren't happy with our State Farm agent. After being with their office for a year after we moved to St. Louis, I never met or spoke with our State Farm agent. I had experience with Country, so I figured I would check out an office in the area. Joe has been so personable through the process, and extremely responsive whenever we have questions or needs. Upon my first inquiry, I spoke directly with Joe. I was impressed that I was actually speaking to my agent and not a front desk person. In my experience, Country is just as reputable as State Farm but our policies are cheaper. I'm really glad we went with Joe and Country for all of our policies. HIGHLY recommend! read more

Stay away from these people and go directly through the insurance companies. Agencies are scams.
