They ordered the wrong bumper twice, they lost my fog light assembly and fog light and blamed me for it being gone. I had a piece of the bumper fly off on the highway not even 2 months later and I called and they said "that's not our fault". We also asked them to find the fog light assembly for the car and they said "we can't find those parts". This was the second time I have dealt with this shop. The first time we 'danced' was a van's transmission (I know, can be scary!) that had to be a rush job, also for a friend, that her vehicle was her equipment locker as well as transportation for her and her employee. Two days and it is like new. Really. Both cars are happy now and even better, the auto shop employees went over the cars looking for foreseeable troubles and some steps, small but prophylactic measures for sure, were taken. He saves you money where he can, but he never gives back a repair job that isn't perfect. He found that my accident had shifted the undercarriage of the car and the insurance appraiser had missed it.
