My Jeep Rubicon needed a new bumper - a simple job that I could do. So I ordered the bumper and the end pieces, and proceeded to remove the old bumper. All went well, except for one nut's access impaired by the hitch. A not so simple task after all. I took it into Calibre Collision in Bonita Springs, walking out with a very reasonable estimate. The mechanic, too, found out that the simple bumper change would require removal of the hitch, with hidden, rusted bolts, and removal of the tow hooks. The price went up, but still within reason for the difficult task. The bumper looks great, and they washed the Jeep to boot. Nicest people, from the receptionist, to the estimator, to the supervisor, and the mechanic. Their hourly rate is quite reasonable - actually surprisingly reasonable. This location just opened in December, 2016, according to one of the folks there. In that short time, they seem to have built a solid business. One never enjoys spending money for repairs, but the folks here make it as pleasant as possible. The only negative I saw, but didn't encounter, was long waits for Enterprise to arrive with a rental vehicle for those folks who had to leave their vehicle for a few days. But, that really is an Enterprise issue - not Calibre's. In one instance, the Calibre folks drove the customer to Enterprise because of the long wait, making a positive our of a negative. read more

Caliber Collision and their excellent staff really came through during a stressful time! I was pretty upset when I brought my car in for the initial inspection after a careless mishap with the side of my garage. General Manager, Franky, was very patient with me and assured me that my car would be well taken care of. My Service Advisor, Tony Mandella was wonderful and called me daily to give me updates. I hit a minor snag with my insurance company and Tony took care of this for me also so I didn't have to worry about it. I was nervous about my replacement fender since I have a rare BMW 335CI with a sports package on it, but the part matched perfectly as did the paint. When they cleaned up the front bumper it came back looking even better than before my accident! I was very impressed with the quality of the repair and with the customer service they provided. I got four repair estimates for damage to my 2011 Acura. Caliber was the second lowest, but I was really taken with Abbe's willingness to work with me on price (this was not going through insurance) and the thoroughness of her explanation of the work. Once I presented the lowest offer to her, she talked to her manager and their price came down a bit more. The car was done when they said it would be, the entire vehicle was washed, there was absolutely no evidence of the damage that had been there, and she kept me updated twice over the four-day process. I could not be happier with the work I had done there, and they will be my first choice should I need auto body work done in the future. Oh, and the price? EXACTLY what the estimate said it would be. I have never ever written a review, and I would never take the time out of my day to write one for just any place. But WOW. They did a fantastic job. My car looks perfect, just the way it did before the car accident and they took two days to completely fix everything. I brought it in on a Tuesday morning, and they had it done Thursday by 3. Everything works as good as new again and I couldn't be happier. On top of all of that, they told me if there is anything wrong to let them know and they would still fix it immediately free of charge with the parts that they fixed. Overall, FANTASTIC company, and everyone there was extremely professional and caring. Brought car in for replacement of side view mirror. A complete cost estimate was given to me. After notifying my insurance company and getting the ok, I left the car there. I was given a complete written list of everything that would be done, including hour and item costs. I was also told the work would be completed on Friday. I received daily notifications of the progress, and the repair was completed on time. Arrangements were made for a rental car that was brought to the center and was returned to the center.
