They called me and every Friday in December to tell me the car was ready, when I arrived to the shop to pay and pick up the car they proceeded to tell me there that the car was not ready. I made several trips before even getting my car back. When I finally was able to get my car (a 2012 Chevy equinox) it stalled out before even leaving the parking lot. Car was running fine the day I dropped it off. All that was wrong was the dent at the back from the wreck. When I picked it up it it could not run without cutting off every 10 feet. Had to pay $1300 out of my pocket to get the car running again, yet when I dropped it off was running fine. I would've saved lots of time and money by going to a more reliable shop.

Our first quote we signed and have a copy. When we went to check on things because we had not heard anything car was not started and Sorry but we can't do it for that price. Ok so a new paper was signed for an agreed price. Sadly we did not keep a copy so when we picked up car oh wow it's now even more. We could not prove this so had to pay the hundreds more higher price. Get a copy of EVERYTHING!!! So sad. It used to be a good place we recommend. Not anymore.

$769.54 remember that number.. I had to think about this…read morepost before I made it because as a business owner I understood you need your community to shop with you but it was so much done wrong in my situation I had to report it to the BBB (Better Business Bureau), imagine a business quoting you a price of $250 dollars and when you pick your vehicle up it changes to $769.54 yes you read that right... because they so called fixed stuff you didn't ask them to and they charge you and they broke 2 bolts off in your engine while taking the exhaust manifold off to replace it with the new one you purchased..... even tho they quoted you a price on exchanging the manifold they tell you oh we had to take other parts off to be able to take the manifold off and we didn't account for that when we quoted you the price, but from my experience you are supposed to do your research before quoting a customer so you can see exactly what you are getting into and how long it really takes, what tools you will need and also if your still not sure give them a price range instead of a exact price. Welllllll that didn't happen at all with me. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE UNLESS YOU ARE READY FOR DON THE OWNER TO UPSALE YOU and not tell you until after the work is done. If I would have got a call saying hey we also seen that this needs to be fixed, do you want us to go ahead and fix it also and then they tell me the price and let me say yes or no, I wouldn't have a problem but when you do things like that and not consider the customers input is bad business, some people don't have money like that to spend ( this economy is already messed enough without people like Don robbing people without a gun) and on top of everything he tried to make it not look so bad by saying (it was supposed to be more than that but since I didn't give you a call first I just charged you $768.54) all because he broke the bolts off in the engine and charged me to fix something he done. I called two other shops and explained the situation and i was told what they do is they would fix it on their time and money no extra charge to the customer because they broke the bolts. Long story short stay away!
