They had my car for almost a month to repair/replace/paint bumper, hood, and front quarter panel. Since my inspection was due in 3 weeks, I asked if they would inspect it as well, and was told, "Yes." When I first took it in, they said it would be about a week. When I called after a week they said it would be another week. Then I was told, "Friday at the latest." On Friday I was told, "Next week". I specifically asked if someone would call when it was ready and was told, "Yes." (Despite being told that they would be sending updates, I received no updates. They said I had opted out of receiving texts, but I always request text updates from businesses). Monday at 4:30 I received a call saying, "We're wondering when you're going to come in, we close at 5:00." So, I guess this is you telling me my car is ready? BEWARE!!! My car got swiped by another car a few weeks ago and I took my car here for repairs. They advised me thru a text that my car would be ready in a week. I called them on day 6 when I received the text stating that my vehicle was in "reassembly". When I called they advised that they are waiting for a part and the car would now not be ready until 2 weeks later, however no one called me, I had to call myself to find this out. They finally called me at 3:30pm to tell me the car was ready on 9/3/25. I advised them that I would be there before they close at 5pm to pick up. Unfortunately I was not able to pick up that night , but went the next morning at 8:00am on 9/4/25. When I get there and started looking over the car it was filthy, one of the workers came out and advised me that they forgot about fixing my right tire and that the guy came out to fix it and got compound all over the car. He advised that they have to detail it again and this will take approxiamately 1hr to complete. UGH!!! Again they did not call me to advise me of this. I went to work and they called me in about an hour and half. When I get there this time I look over my car and see that the area where they supposedly had fixed was not flush with the rest of the car. Mike the worker there advised me that being that this was an aftermarket fender it would take 60-90 days of me driving the vehicle for the fender to bend itself back into shape. WHAT!!! I have never ever heard of such nonsense!! Then once I get in my vehicle I check my miles and see that they also drove my vehicle an extra 20miles. When I confronted Mike about the extra miles he stated "no one has drove your vehicle ma'am". Ok so I am making this up in my head right!! Then he states "Oh we did have to take it for an alignment...twice! I asked were the alignment shop was and he advised it was right down the street. When I looked it up it was 1.7miles away from their shop, twice would mean a total of 6.8miles. They were unable to justify the 13.2 extra miles used on my vehicle. I left and emailed the manager of this shop (Sabas Orellana) about all my issues and he advised he was out of town, and would not be back until 9/15/25. He asked if I could bring the car back on that date to get me to100%. However this is another 10 days I have to wait to get my car repaired. UNACCEPTABLE!!! Bottom line is this shop is for the birds!! It seems that they do not care about their reputation and company name at all. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND OR USE THIS SHOP EVER AGAIN!!! A tree fell on my car in January and my insurance sent my car here. We dropped off my car January 10, I didn't think it would take too long as the damage was some dents to my car's roof. But didn't assume it'd be done the next day. Once they had my car they told me I would get text messages with updates. I started getting texts January 12 and one said my estimated completion date was January 27. I got messages saying it was on track, and underway and such. When January 27 came around, we didn't hear from them. We called and they told us it wasn't ready and told us they had no control over the automated text messages sent. And they may not be accurate with Information. Following day got a text with the new date (February 4). They told us because of the snow, they hadn't really been able to work. Which was understandable. The next excuse they gave us when our car was still not ready was that they didn't have enough employees to work. They just kept changing the dates and pushing it back. Finally got our car February 11. It was very annoying specially since we would have to be the ones to reach out at all times about our car. My car looks great, but communication was horrible, which made all of this very annoying. My husband handled the whole situation and the one time I did call to make sure our car was done, the lady on the line didn't seem very professional. And now we may have to pay an extra week for the rental, if paperwork on their side isn't figured out. read more

These clowns have had my car for two months and have spent the last 4 weeks telling me "It'll be ready by next Friday." Another Friday, another set of excuses, all while I'm renting a replacement out of pocket because my insurance company said 2 weeks should have been long enough. I hate these people so much. Someone hit my car a few months ago and i went to this place for a repair, After getting the repair done about a month later i started to realize the paint on the front bumper started to chip off and also on my driver window then silver seal is lifting, now it looks horrible its like they don't even care to fix it. I called the shop and he told me to come in so i did, after he examined he told me " oh this only happens a to 1/50 cars and unfortunately one is yours" he takes my number and said to call him to to get checked in, i've called this place over 5 times and still no response this is absurd and ridiculous. read more

Brought my SUV in to fix a dent in the back gate. Was told it would take a week to fix. It actually took two weeks, and when I went to pick it up, I found that they had broken one of the tail lights in the process and were trying to ignore it. Showed it to them before leaving and they assured me they would order a replacement light and have it put on within the week. Two weeks later, I call and I find out that they never ordered the replacement light. Supposedly they ordered it while on the phone with me, but two months later, we are still waiting for the light to arrive. In the mean time, the value of the SUV, which I was hoping to trade soon, has plummeted $4k in the last two months and is worth less than I owe on it now. read more
