Natalie went above and beyond to make sure the day went smooth, she constantly checked in to see how I was feeling and to give updates on the day and timing of everything. She was always available for a text and answered any question we had. After the ceremony Natalie had our signature drinks in hand and ready for us when we got to the top of the isle and quickly followed with some snacks from the grazing table. She was so on top of everything that day and was always making sure we got dinner, desert and were having a great time. We didn't have to clean up, Natalie and Dan did all of it and had it ready to go for us the next day when we came back to get vehicles. After finding out what floral shop it was being produced from, I wanted to reach out directly to see what happened. Long story short, when I called, the shop was closed and I began leaving a message. A man name Robert answered while I was leaving the message, and he saved the day!! He clearly explained what the issue was and why it was not able to be fulfilled.
