Natalie and the staff was amazing! They made my daughter's day amazing. We didn't have the reception catered, made the food ourselves and the staff made everyone believe it was catered. We had our wedding at WHA and it was nothing short of stunning. Natalie and Dan had everything set up, we didn't have to lift a finger. Natalie went above and beyond to make sure the day went smooth, she constantly checked in to see how I was feeling and to give updates on the day and timing of everything. She was always available for a text and answered any question we had. After the ceremony Natalie had our signature drinks in hand and ready for us when we got to the top of the isle and quickly followed with some snacks from the grazing table. She was so on top of everything that day and was always making sure we got dinner, desert and were having a great time. We didn't have to clean up, Natalie and Dan did all of it and had it ready to go for us the next day when we came back to get vehicles. Overall, I would get married here over and over again if I could. Natalie and Dan have a special little place up there and the day could not have been more perfect! We had a wonderful experience with Natalie and her husband from the start! She helped with absolutely everything! Natalie made sure we ate and she made sure everything went super smoothly on our special day. She made sure we stayed stress free and enjoyed every minute! I can't thank her and her team enough for the unbelievable set up and service. Everything was absolutely beautiful and 100% the way we wanted it. Natalie was so easy to work with as well. She listened to all of our ideas and granted every one of them no matter how big or small. She also gave her opinions and recommendations when needed and was super helpful. Before, during, and even after. They were super accommodating. The next morning our cars were packed super nicely with all of our belongings for us to just come grab our cars and go! I have waited for 4 days to give a review so that i could calm down from the very unprofessionalism that the owners showed myself and my family for my sons wedding. They dressed as if they were going to the store for groceries. The Natalie was so very overbearing and hovered over every aspect of this weeding making it very uncomfortable for many. I have never seen someone hover and try and control everything within an event! VERY OVERBEARING!! The buffet was essentially placed inside a storage area absolutely no flow to the food area. I asked at the very beginning of the day would it be okay for the use of sparklers on the patio. I have done these photos many times and had the plan for the image i was to create for my son and daughter win law. And again her over baring self said she will take the sparklers and unwrap them and i said no i got it i know what i was doing and i would take care of them and the wrappers as needed. I asked if she had an extra lighter as i only had two with me. She said yes they do and would have them available. I went to use the restroom and came back and Natalie took my sparklers without asking, and decided how they would be handed out and to whom and also what image that was going to be taken. So as she announced that everyone needed to come out which it was suppose to be the wedding party only for the photo she directed everyone where to be and what was going to happen and i said no that wasn't what we were doing she decided to insult me infant of the wedding guest! As she didnt like the fact that i was the photographer and the plan i had for the image to capture. She turns to her husband and say "this guy needs to walk away he is such a pill" My sons mother even turned to them and said are you kidding me right now you want to act like this, her husband says we know what we are doing. As it time to light the sparklers Natalie stated to her husband again in front of all the guest "good luck lighting the sparklers you aren't using our lighters" So unprofessional and humiliating to myself as a photographer and the father of the groom!!!!!! So as the kids were coming out i said do what you want in order not to ensure the kids wouldn't end the night on a disappointing end! Again her and her husband saying things as they are lighting the sparklers that they know what they are doing they do it 3 days a week etc. We what they did and how they were setting everyone up was for a video not the setup as i was doing. And as they try and light the sparklers Natalie in my opinion purposely made it seem she couldn't light the sparklers. And not only did she take my sparklers she didnt return what wasn't used as i had planed on several different images to create and needed the rest for my images! I sure hope that other photographers were able to do their own creative images and not have to deal with someone so overbearing! There are many great things about the venue for sure. The location is beautiful, the building is very nice and ceremony area is a nice addition to the venue. The bridal suite is nice they have an area for the groom to get ready, it doesn't have a bathroom or running water and only has a 12inch by 12 inch mirror to look yourself over. Would i recommend this place for someone to have their wedding i would have to say if you didnt have to deal with Natalie or her husband i would but since they hover over so much i would have to say i would look elsewhere. read more

My daughter and her friends held their "quarantine prom" here (private party not associated with their high school). Beautiful facility and gorgeous views. The kids organized everything themselves but Natalie was very helpful. Place is spotlessly clean and hand sanitizer is everywhere (also cleaning supplies in bathrooms). Moms who chaperoned were very pleased. Really nice venue, would be great for a shower or rehearsal party or wedding as well as a graduation party or a prom. Natalie and her assistant Katy couldn't have been kinder or more gracious. Can't recommend this site highly enough! read more

During COVID, my whole wedding plans needed to be changed last minute. I found this place through google searching and I fell in love instantly. After finally having my wedding yesterday I can write an honest review. Natalie is AMAZING. She is SO helpful, and sweet. She kept everything under control and everyone on schedule for my big day. She was never too pushy, and there was no issues with her and my dj. I'm not sure what happened in the past for the previous review, but I can tell you my recent experience was magical and I highly recommend you check out this venue if you want Pinterest perfect. It has been a week since or wedding and I still am trying to find the words to express how much gratitude and love my husband and I have for Natalie and Dan. From the first moment we met Natalie I knew that WHA was exactly where I wanted to get married, not only because the venue was everything I ever dreamed of but because of the heart and care her and Dan put into each wedding they host at their venue. I don't know how they do what they do, from bringing everything you need for the day of to rehearsal so you don't have to worry about it, having our bridal room, groom room AND the whole venue completely decorated upon your 8AM morning arrival the day of, it was beyond my wildest dreams. She is more than an owner and host, she is your wedding planner, your decorator, your rentals, and much more. She's EVERYTHING you need to make your day absolutely PERFECT without you and your family having to worry or lift a finger! I recently attended a wedding at White Hollow Acres for one of my very close friends. The owner of the venue not only hung around the entirety of the event sort of hovering which I have never seen at a venue, but also had a restriction on the volume of the reception! Now, I can understand the owner being there in the beginning to make sure the caterers find their space and help to get things going for the couple but then I would expect her to leave the newlyweds to enjoy their night after dinner. However they were there the entire time. Once the DJ started playing she kept making him turn down the music even though the guests were having a fantastic time along with the newlyweds. Supposedly they were worried of noise complaints from neighbors (if that's the case why build a venue where loud receptions will undoubtedly be held. ) The poor DJ didn't know what to do because if he turned it down to the level requested you couldn't really hear the music over all the guests dancing and singing and having a great time together! The owners got pretty nasty about it and even went as far to close the garage door ON GUESTS who were mingling on both sides of it because it was going slightly over their 90 sound level limit! They also got the bride and groom involved which on their day is not what they need to be worried about. Unnecessary added stress! The bride was in tears because they were being so rude about it. So if you are looking to have a party like reception this is not the place for you to book your wedding! On top of this the owners had a wedding booked the Friday Saturday and Sunday of this weekend, which could definitely leave a couple not feeling like the focus and a priority of a venue. They had to have their rehearsal on a Thursday so people traveling from far away who were to be in the wedding either had to miss rehearsal or had to come an extra day. They then had to store decorations to come back to get them on a separate occasion instead of the day after. Overall, having been a bride myself a very short time ago this venue would not be one I recommend to those planning. read more
