They have a serious problem in arriving on the day or time agreed upon. They would schedule a morning appointment that turned to mid afternoon every time for 4 visits (measuring, stair rail install and 2 days handrail install). Make sure if you hire them that you have no other commitments. My husbands comment when seeing the installed product was "even our farrier would have done a better job". After receiving final payment the owner promised to send his finisher to clean up the hand rails so we are not running our hands down sandpaper. We have been waiting over 1 month for this to happen. Since the rough rails are due to welding issues we have no option now but to find someone else to come grind it smooth or even remove their rails and replace them with a final product.

If you're looking for someone reliable, keep looking. David would only show up a couple of times a week, usually late in the afternoon, which dragged the project on forever and left my family without a functional bathroom for weeks. To make things worse, there was major financial mishandling. Despite me paying a $1,900 deposit, he constantly claimed he didn't have money for basic materials. I actually had to go out and buy the tiles myself--which were supposed to be included in his price--just so he could keep working. When he did actually do work, it was completely defective: The shower floor is a disaster: It's sloped the wrong way, so water pools in the corner instead of going down the drain. Some of the tiles are offset and some weren't. After he abandoned the project on Dec 29th, he verbally promised a refund but has since disappeared and stopped responding. Five other contractors have looked at it and confirmed it's a total loss that has to be torn down and redone. Save yourself the money and the headache--do not hire him.

Often times he will spot something that is not right before we notice anything, and will take time to fix it and make it perfect. It is true that there is a pretty long wait (2-3 months) to get the cabinets. But we are always super happy when the cabinets are all installed. As people say it: "speed, qualify, price. Pick 2" In our case, we paid medium level of price and got top level quality cabinets while we had to wait longer than other run of the mill cabinets. I think it is a pretty good deal!
