I did NOT get the feeling from talking to 3 different employees that they had ANY knowledge in the products they sell. I understand it is hard to find good help these days but please, don't just hire someone to just fill the position. Hire people with knowledge OR offer training classes for them to get this knowledge. The 3 employees I talked to day need the training ASAP.
