They do not contact client or call back or communicate nor take a interest in clients unless they are easy fast money or a lot of money. josh cooley needs to go back to medical school...... and needs to get some ethics because he doesn't have any..... if you are injured in a car accident I advise avoiding this law firm totally... or you dont like being treated like a dog or your case is more than fast easy money then or you cant do most the legal work then get a better attorney who does the work .... its wise to get a copy of your file every couple months and see what attorney is doing especially when being told they are going to have something and they never do and make a excuse for not having task done............. They did nothing with my case in 6 months nothing and didnt communicate didnt return calls didnt do anything.... im the only one whose dealt with the outstanding medical bills over this....

Mark Osterman was my husband's attorney. He cares nothing about his clients best interest. Anything…read morethat we had asked him to fight for in court, he would just flat out tell us no. He was very rude. He criticized my husband and myself several times and he talked to my husband like he was 5 years old. He is also very hard to get a hold of, which most Attorneys are but with him it is even more so. There was one thing in particular that we wanted to fight for which was for my husband's probation to be SIS. He said no, that's not going to happen. He wouldn't even try no matter how many times we asked and told him to. I got involved because it's important for us not to ruin our records, we are still young and made a mistake. Sometimes good people do stupid things when they are young and don't need to have a felony for the rest of their lives in order to learn a lesson. I told his Attorney this and that it is his job to try and that we were going to have to fire him if he didn't. He just proceeded to tell me that it was impossible and there was no chance whatsoever and what do I not understand about that. So my husband went to the DA directly and said that he wanted SIS as part of the deal. She didn't want to do it but after talking to her for 10 minutes or so she agreed to offer SIS with more jail time which was fine. In court everyone ended up agreeing on SIS without the extra jail time. Mark Osterman did absolutely nothing to achieve this! He didn't put any effort into my husbands case. He took care of the conditions of probation with the DA (which took all of 10 minutes) and that was it. The DA was more help than the Attorney. That should never be the case. If Mark is ever appointed to you or someone you know I would suggest anyone to fire him right away. You may not end up as lucky as we did with a reasonable DA and a Judge that very much so believes in second chances for young people. You will end up just representing youself. I have since heard about many other bad experiences from people that had Mark as an Attorney.
