Just a note, this is not a Verizon store, it is Victra, which is an independently owned business. I hope to never have to enter this store again and I have serious buyer regret.

And calling support to Mehico does not help since they cannot be understood. Christian Stewart and Ross Reed are impotent and seem to do nothing more that show up and collect a check by filling out forms and fulfilling a corporate roll. This isn't just a "glitch." In the last week alone, we have had a technician out to our house three times. Each time, they show up, look at the same lines, and leave us in exactly the same position: offline. It is clear that GCI's infrastructure is failing, and their support team is either unequipped or uninterested in actually solving the problem. What makes it truly insulting is the billing. GCI expects full payment for a service they aren't providing. I am tired of having to spend my time filing FCC complaints just to get a pro-rated refund for the weeks of service I've lost. You shouldn't have to involve federal regulators just to get an ISP to be honest about their own outages. We are officially done. We are moving our home internet to Starlink and switching our mobile lines to Patriot Mobile. We've realized that paying for "local" service with GCI means paying for a connection that doesn't work and support that doesn't care. To anyone considering GCI: Unless you enjoy troubleshooting for hours on end and begging for refunds for service you never received, look elsewhere.
