While getting hair cut, two of the employees contined to sit in barber chairs for the 20 minutes I was there, on their phones and vaping, one in chair next to me and other behind me. While getting hair washed, a male came in and one if the ladies told him the puppy was in the back along with the food. He came out from the back with a dog. Was far from a professional environment/business. Has really went downhill. I am done with this place and will go elsewhere from now on. Definitely would no longer recommend getting a haircut here.

His appointment was at 9:00, but when he got there, the stylist had him step outside because she needed to go buy razors. At that point, he honestly should have left, but he waited for her to go to the store and come back. She also told him his beard "wouldn't grow back for 3 weeks" because of the way she was shaving it... which was obviously not true because it's already growing back. Two hours later, he came out with the strangest haircut shape I've ever seen, and it wasn't even clipped short enough. Then, when he went to pay, she said she didn't take credit cards -- cash only. She made him leave, go to an ATM, and come back to pay. The booking site specifically said credit card and contactless payments were accepted, so nowhere did it mention cash or Cash App only. I still had to fix his hair myself, and we wasted over two hours the day before our wedding. $60 for one of the worst haircuts I've ever seen. Definitely do not recommend.

Seems to be the mindset of some people that barbers in the vicinity of an installation can only do high and tight/military haircuts. Yet, I decided to stop by since I saw some of the business's pictures and it definitely seems that they have a diverse clientele. Darnell, I think, was the one who lined my hair and my beard up. He took his time and was very meticulous with a razor. Not to mention you can schedule appointments, so you if you don't want to wait hours for a cut, like you normally would - just schedule an appointment online. I was definitely pleased when I got out of the chair as the cut and even the price was similar to what I had got done/paid back home.
