Multiple employees sitting around in barber chairs upon arrival. Lady cutting my hair reeked of…read moresmoke. While getting hair cut, two of the employees contined to sit in barber chairs for the 20 minutes I was there, on their phones and vaping, one in chair next to me and other behind me. While getting hair washed, a male came in and one if the ladies told him the puppy was in the back along with the food. He came out from the back with a dog. Was far from a professional environment/business. Has really went downhill. I am done with this place and will go elsewhere from now on. Definitely would no longer recommend getting a haircut here.

He is on dead week for high school sports and has been needing a haircut for a long while now, but he didn't want to miss a practice to get it done. I took off of work so that I could take him, since he is not old enough to drive. We arrive at Gentleman's chair 20 minutes early, and as soon as we park in the parking lot, we get a text saying that our appointment has been cancelled!!!! Thinking that this must be a mistake, we walked up to the door and it is locked! Very bad business! It says on the website that they require 24 hours in advance notice for a cancellation on the customer's part, the business should at least give that to the customer. Plus we live 7 miles outside of the city limits and the price of gas these days to make a trip is not cheap. We will not be coming back!!!

His appointment was at 9:00, but when he got there, the stylist had him step outside because she needed to go buy razors. At that point, he honestly should have left, but he waited for her to go to the store and come back. She also told him his beard "wouldn't grow back for 3 weeks" because of the way she was shaving it... which was obviously not true because it's already growing back. Two hours later, he came out with the strangest haircut shape I've ever seen, and it wasn't even clipped short enough. Then, when he went to pay, she said she didn't take credit cards -- cash only. She made him leave, go to an ATM, and come back to pay. The booking site specifically said credit card and contactless payments were accepted, so nowhere did it mention cash or Cash App only. I still had to fix his hair myself, and we wasted over two hours the day before our wedding. $60 for one of the worst haircuts I've ever seen. Definitely do not recommend.

I was hurrying to get into the store, and got the notification that I was next up on deck. I was getting close to pulling into the lot, I was about a minute and a half away. I had called the store to let them know so they would hold my spot so that I didn't lose it to someone else and have to wait another 45 minutes to an hour. This girl is the one that answered the phone. She was extremely rude and argumentative with me, would not just answer a simple question. I do not feel compelled to give my money to an establishment that will employ someone like this. I had to let Amanda know that I was going to go somewhere else to get my haircut and I promptly canceled my spot in line. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location as I do not feel that when I'm treated rudely that the business any longer deserves my money.
