I bought a used Browning 12 gauge to duck hunt in Washington State. Only downside of the gun was a stuck choke that I have had 4 different gunsmiths attempt to remove. All of the previous gunsmiths failed and left my gun in worse shape than when I brought it in to them. I recently brought my guns to my parents' house for storage. Gunsmiths of Liberty got the chock out, cleaned all the rust, ordered and replaced the choke, cleaned my gun, and even figured out a spring that had been incorrectly assembled. They were so down-to-earth when I was so impressed with their work. Bottom line.....Best gunsmith service I have ever experienced throughout the country!

I knew he was going out of town to pick up his new car, so I wasn't going to hold him to it. Thursday afternoon he calls and says I can pick it up tomorrow. I was excited, and rightfully so, it functions perfectly! While I was picking it up, a young man came in with an old black powder barrel and needed the primer that had been there forever removed. He worked on it for 10 minutes and then didn't charge him. I'll be taking all of my vintage stuff to him, as needed. Craftsmen like this are getting harder to find all of the time.

Another local and well known gunsmith (Olathe) worked on another issue with this same shotgun (a broken firing pin) and I did not see the gun for 6 months at 4 times the cost of Mike. I had all the dems so the smith only had to copy them to produce a new pin. Needless to say I am very happy with Mike's work and I recommend him to any of my friends that need gun work.

The "manager" spoke up and said either you can leave it for there gunsmith to look at it in the next few weeks or try to fix it yourself. I then ask that if the guns are sold "as is" then they should have a sign or something to let customers know. Again the one guy was very polite and talked civilized. The manager on the other hand was not professional at all. So i had my choice words with him, took the used firearm with me. Stopped at Gun Garage before leaving town and purchased a gun from them and i'll work on the damaged firearm when i get time. I suggest the idiot manager learn how to conduct himself in a professional manner if he's going to be work in customer service.
