The quality of the product and services received were well below any of the lowest of expectations. Expertise in every area were lacking, at best. We tried to help support a local business but clearly made a huge mistake, as the 'final' product was far inferior to what existed prior to hiring this company to do the job. 'Good enough' seems to be the operative paradigm. My advice - hire someone from out of state. It may cost a little more but they will likely be more committed to doing the job start to finish with customer satisfaction in mind.
