They did not honor the oil change coupon that was supposed to be for $39 they charged her $61.93! I do understand the car takes 2 more quarts of oil then the five quarts that come in the oil change price but that's only $8 according to billing. Then they charged her the $5 tax for disposing of the tires and the fee of $6 for tire disposal when we took the tires back with us. When ask for the refund for the services they refused and said they could not do it. Do not do business with these types of people!!!

Unfortunately I live an hour and 15 minutes from them. They were so helpful, and understanding of my situation, it was very impressive. They ordered the parts, and they were able to get them in quickly. That says a lot about their ability and buying power. With them knowing my situation they scheduled me to come in and had me fixed within an hour and a half. The fact that they respected my time and the fact that I was coming from so far was very impressive. Scotty was very knowledgeable and worked quickly using just pictures. All of the staff were great. I would like to give a special shout out to Tanya, she was at the front and since I was without a vehicle was very friendly and conversational. She is absolutely lovely and was wonderful to talk to.
