It's a busy place, so you definitely need to catch them at the right time, but it's absolutely the best place in town for booze.

Again, the selection for craft beer and wine is very good. However, Kay won't let me pick my own beer. He always picks the most expensive thing out of the cooler and hands it to me, then grabs another and loads my arms up and acts offended if I put them back and pick something else. It's either an awkward battle or you just go with it. I spent $49 on two 4 packs of IPAs and they are only ok. Of course you don't know what you're spending until they ring you up. I hope he reads this and realizes he lost a very loyal customer. He has done this multiple times, but this was the last. I'm going down the street and getting what I want, even if the selection is limited.

I had been searching for a specific rum all over CT now that not even total wine had (and they have everything) so I was pleasantly surprised when i found it. Even more so by how friendly the guy behind the counter was, he said if there was anything I ever wanted all I had to do was ask and he could get it for me, and that is exactly the type of customer service you can expect at this place. The layout itself is really nice, very well kept and clean, if you need cash theres an atm, and theres a bag policy too so make sure not to bring in a big bag unless you want to leave it at the counter. There's also a website and app for added convenience, and they host events sometimes too. Truly a one stop shop for all your liquor needs, specialty or otherwise.

Last night I was on Pratt to watch the Yard Goats game and we decided to go inside. The staff was super friendly and helpful, even when there was some indecisive minds in my group. I was able to find some pretty affordable sake, and the cashier even suggested some new and popular wines that they have, which I thought was nice.

Small and below average selection, possibly due to being new/starting up, but also clean with some good options, some good prices, and quick easy access. Got some good Boom Sauce most recently.
