This particular area of Ozone Park looks super sketchy, it is mainly an industrial strip along a road that borders abandoned raised railroad tracks, so it's not a safety issue, at least not during the day. There are two and three stage forklifts depending on how high you must go, hoisting heavy materials up and down on the Crown Hilow, eventually preventative maintenance is wise. The weight on these machines is spectacular, weighing as much as a car in some cases. The battery banks need upkeep as they hold many batteries and corrosion can occur. The wheels are also needing replacement and jacking up these little tanks requires special skills and equipment.
