Joe's Jeans Premium Outlets - Women's Clothing Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

I've always loved Joe's jeans, so I stopped by this afternoon, November 28, 2025 (between 12:00-1:00pm), ready to buy at least three pairs. Unfortunately, the experience was so disappointing that I walked out and spent my $500 elsewhere. This was especially surprising because our visit three weeks ago was the complete opposite, the staff then was incredibly nice, even though we didn't buy anything at the time. We were waiting for the Black Friday sale. Now on to my Black Friday experience... There were two sales associates working, and one of them, the one wearing a hat, was incredibly rude. I asked if they carried petite-length jeans. She pointed me to a wall of what she claimed were petites. I'm 5'4", and the very first pair I picked up was at least 5-6 inches too long. Clearly not petite lengths. When I mentioned this, she directed me to a rack of cropped pants. Cropped and petite are not the same thing, and anyone who wears petites knows that. I looked at a few options, but the cropped pants hit at my ankles, definitely not what petite sizing is supposed to be. My friend arrived while I was looking, and as I was showing her that the supposedly "petite" pants were still way too long, the associate abruptly inserted herself into our conversation and insisted they were petite. I wasn't arguing with her, I can read a sign, but the items simply weren't petite lengths. Instead of helping, she became defensive and confrontational, then loudly talked back as she walked away. Completely unprofessional and unnecessary. At that point, we left. I was genuinely ready to make a purchase, but I refuse to spend money in a store where a staff member treats customers like that. Customer service matters, and this associate's attitude was the exact opposite of what you'd expect in retail. Really disappointed, because I love the brand, but this location needs to seriously address its customer service. read more

I just had the most amazing experience shopping at Joe's! Gigi and Sienna were beyond helpful and friendly. I had no idea what size I was so I had to try on quite a few jeans to find that perfect fit. I love that their jeans are pre-washed and will stretch throughout the day so it's super easy to find exactly what your fit is. Highly recommend buying jeans in person and not online. Gigi was so on top of checking on me to see if I needed different sizes or styles. She brought me items. I never thought I would wear, but ended up loving once I put on. We got to talking about business and life and she got me so motivated to think outside the box with my clients. Gigi is just one of those people that you want to be around and support. I am obsessed with my 4 new pairs of pants and making this my go to stop for high quality clothes and top tier shopping experience. read more

I came into this store hoping to purchase some jeans , but left quickly because of who i think is the managers attitude . I walked in and she looked at me and said hello. I then walked over to a mannequin and tried to see the price on a hat in the mannequins hand, the women quickly screamed "don't touch my mannequins" rudely and came up to me saying the hat wasn't for sale. She made me very uncomfortable over something so unimportant. Music was also extremely loud and makes the experience unpleasant. Good products but horrible worker ! read more

Joe's Jeans came highly recommended from several friends and I was very excited to visit the outlet in Vegas. I had my skrilla in hand, prepared to spend some cash to get some good quality jeans. Knowing very little about the different fits of denim, I asked the sales girl Felicia for a quick primer on the fits and styles. I will say that I am now a complete *expert* on Joe's Jeans. Felicia helped me choose the perfect fit for me and made sure they looked right as I tried on each pair. She emphasized that the jeans stretch about a half size after you buy them. Overall she was just an amazing salesperson -- the highest quality service I've ever gotten at any retail store, let alone an outlet! I ended up buying the Honey and the Muse fits. The jeans were much less expensive than I imagined they would be given their retail price. Not to mention I got 25% off since I bought 2 pairs and another 10% for signing up for emails. This brought the cost of 2 pairs of jeans to $116. Yep, that's less than it would have cost at Gap. I had THE BEST experience at the Joe's Jeans outlet. Not only were the staff exceptionally helpful, I also made out like a bandit with three pairs of amazing jeans! This was easily the highlight of my most recent Las Vegas romp. The sales girls were super friendly and offered me a room as soon as I started picking up items. They even suggested pieces to compliment those I had already chosen. Switching sizes while trying things on wasn't a problem either - the staff were quick, and also knowledgeable about their products. They were really great about helping me find the perfect fit for my figure. I came home with the following: - The Visionnaire Skinny Jean, in denim and dirty olive, $99.99 (Orig. $158.00) - The Honey Straight Leg Jean, $99.99 (Orig. $158.00) Thank God this store isn't any closer to my apartment, otherwise I would be constantly breaking into my piggy bank for these puppies. I highly recommend this place for those who are fans of Joe's Jeans or who want to give Joe's Jeans a try. My bf and I stopped by Joe's Jeans when we were shopping at premium outlets. I actually have not been to Joe's Jeans store before and never brought a jean from the store. I was blown away by the exemplary customer service and attention that they gave us. My bf has been looking for some fitted jeans for a while. The salesperson (he was there on a Monday afternoon) helped my bf pick the perfect fit. He spent like 40 minutes with us going over what each jean style is great for and whether the jean is a good fit. The salesperson was helpful and also very enthusiastic and knowledgable about jeans. It was by far the best quality service I have seen. I felt like my bf had a personal stylist for 40 minutes. Man, what a lucky guy! We walked away with 4 pairs of jeans and on top of VIP coupon, with a great price and most importantly amazing service. Thank you! Gave this place a second chance... So far so good. I bought a pair of jeans and they have held up. I just love the denim here, they are so flattering and comfortable. For roughly $100 a pop their pretty reasonable. It has a very SoHo vibe in the store, which i love. The staff was very friendly as well. read more

After consistently shopping at Joe's for years, I had a horrible experience today. The manager Gustavo helped me and told me that I need to keep the receipt in case I had any returns. I came back a hour later and had decided to return the jeans. I went back to Gustavo and he informed me that he would not let me return the jeans and get my money back. He said I could only exchange or get a store credit. I explained that I just bought them an hour ago and that he never told me that it was a final purchase or that I would only be able to exchange if I changed my mind. There were no signs posted or anything. He didn't seem to care. I asked for the manager. He said he was the manager. I asked for the address to the corporate office. He gave me the card to the Las Vegas Premium Outler Mall that I was shopping at. He refused to give me the address to the corporate office and just said to call the number. I value good customer service. After being a long time customer of Joes, I've decided to shop somewhere else. I walked in to Joe's jeans with the idea to purchase one pair of jeans and I walked out purchasing two jeans and a sweater. I walked into the store with my brother and was greeted exceptionally by the associates and not only did the associate listen to what I wanted but pulled jeans for me so that I was able to look at tops. When I began trying on the jeans she came over everytime and gave me her opinion that I greatly appreciated because I didn't know how they were suppose to fit. One of the jeans that she pulled I wasn't interested in when i first saw them in the fitting room, but I ended up buying them because they looked fantastic and she told me they would be great for casual and for going out wear which was very true. The associate that helped my brother was also fantastic. He had no clue what he wanted and she helped him with her knowledge on the jeans and what type fit his style. read more

My girlfriend and I recently had a great shopping experience at Joes Jeans. Not only do they carry really great looking and fitting clothing but the staff were extremely helpful. After purchasing a number of items we left to continue shopping at the mall. After paying for a pair of shoes at Robert Wayne Shoes I realized that someone had stolen the cloth I had just purchased at Joes. The staff at Robert Wayne Shoes did not seem to care or had any interest in assisting me so I returned to Joes where one of the staff immediately contacted mall security on my behalf. Thanks to her quick work in contacting Mall Security I was eventually reunited with the stolen clothing. I am absolutely sure that without Joe's staffs help I would never have gotten the cloth back Thx for making my visit to Las Vegas and your store a truly memorable one, in a good way. read more

I have never taken the time to yelp, but I use Yelp always & this experience is always so good I had to take the time to share! I think I found the best place to shop for great jeans in all of Vegas not even just Vegas though. I am a shopper on vacation on days off that's what I do. It is so rare to find anywhere anymore where they actually help you, and at outlet prices makes it even better! This is the 4th time I shopped at Joe's & all 4 times I have been helped above and beyond it's as good as shopping with your girlfriends! All of the sales girls working come back & help, & give input on fits & suggest different things! My girl even sent me a thank you note & text me pictures when the things I like go on sale! No more buying denim from Nordstrom from this girl when you get much better service at way better prices this girl is sticking to Joe's for jeans! read more
