The owner sent his men home to get ready for hurricane and came out himself and did the job. I told him I would be happy to reschedule but he insisted. A year prior to that we had put in an offer to buy a different house and AAble was schedule to come out during home inspection. The owner, Bradley called me and said they just serviced that house less than a year ago and if I would still like them to come out they would but wanted to be honest and save me the extra expense. After calling 9 other companies about my drain field, I was very discouraged. None of them seemed concerned about my situation, they were only concerned how much money they could make off me. It was more like you need us we don't need you, and they were expensive. I was very discouraged, I closed my eyes, I asked the universe, God, please help me here. Then I called the last company on my list, ACE-Septic out of Hernando City. It was 7:30 at night by this time, on a Friday night, I expected to get an answer machine, Instead I got a very nice young man on the other end of the phone, he identified himself as Dave the owner. I told him about my situation, and he was friendly, and helpful, he showed concern for my problem, he gave me a fair price, 200.00 to 1000.00 below other companies I had called, and here is the Kicker, Dave said don't you worry Ma'am, Ill come out as many times as is needed to pump your septic for FREE while were waiting for the, soil inspections, utility inspections, and permits ! And you know what, he kept his word. He sent a very nice young man named Parker out to my home who pumped my septic 4 times for FREE ! That would have cost and extra 1000.00 with any of the other 9 companies ! All appointments were made through the office with a lovely lady named Sharon, who couldn't have been nicer or more helpful ! Installation day came, Dave and a very nice young man named Pierce came and did the job. Everything went perfect, passed inspection with flying colors, and I'm a very happy camper ! So, bottom line, don't waste your time and MONEY with anyone else !These guys are the BEST, I promise you'll have a great experience like I did and save money too ! Jesus sent me available dates for services and times with a window of 9am to 1pm and the one I selected, Jesus was at my place on time and even called prior to his arrival. I was amazed by the quality of service I received. He and his crew (Chris) located both tanks very quickly and made very minimal disturbance to my yard and having seen other septic services in the neighborhood, Jesus was by far the best I have ever seen. Each and every step of the service he explained to me and after completing service, placed the sod back in place and neatly raked the area. Forms of payment were cash, check, and/or credit card. This is the second time using PU SEPTIC and I will never use another company…read more I called Jesus a couple of weeks ago to set up a septic tank pump to keep up with maintenance and make sure everything is good to go- because that stuff is super expensive and not something I want to deal with. There was an issue that he couldn't get it done but gave me the name and number of another guy. That guy turned out to be on vacation that week so I looked around some more- the first company I called scheduled it but I needed to be sure it was done in the morning. They called back and said they couldn't rearrange the route to make a morning appointment work so I cancelled. Then I called another company - they scheduled me for Friday morning but no call, no showed- still haven't heard from them. So, I decided to try Jesus again and everything lined up perfectly. He was out here at the time he said he would be. He kept me updated on the process and made sure all of my questions were answered. He is polite and punctual. As long as he is in the septic business, he will be the guy I go to and will recommend. Seriously, he's great.
