installed my septic. Had multiple issues during install. Had maintenance contract $25/month to do all maintenance. They would not address maintenance issues (filter clogging, etc.). Multiple calls to managers got only "that's not part of your Maint contract". BEWARE! Lots of other Much Better septic companies around here! read more

Absolutely terrible! we paid for this service 2 days ago and we had high hopes because they do remain professional Only when making a appointmet. After they take your payment they do the job they were supposed to do aswell as destroy the whole pipelines in the process! they refuse to acknowledge the damage they done we called only shortly after 2 hours they left and they refused to come back "because he's not in the area" but they can make the trip to do terrible work? they will deny their were at fault even knowing i told them i hired a professional to do an inspection and was told it was something to do with septic tank. I check the receipt i was sent to me they claimed he had cleaned the filter; it was clogged up to the tube with dirt i have my own photos they claim they do Aswell but still these last 2 days and the last 2 times I called nothing ever sent to my phone. they are very aware but will do everything in their power to refuse wrong doings just because they "did what they're supposed to do" but resulting in more damages absolute frauds of their work. read more

Update: Company called me an hour and a half after they were supposed to be there and inquired why I called. (Because no one answered when I called them). After informing her that no one not showd up after I had waited 8 hours on my day off. She took my name and said Oh, you booked online. I have been backed up on my online bookings. Then actually tried to book me again. Of course I declined. Why would I patronize a business that does not treat its customers correctly? Yet again, an Ace failure! We've had them come out twice now for the same problem and now we're having the problem again. It happens every three months. Coincidence I think not. They state it's from the grease that goes down the sink, but we put all the grease in cans and throw them away! There is no grease going down them drains! I highly highly highly do not recommend you using this company. You will thank me later. And while I'm at it, the lady who I spoke to on the phone was very rude And told me they weren't going to do anything about it and to find myself a new company! This type of a company disgust me! I have a service contract with this scam company. I was pulling weeds for the first time since my last pump out. I noticed a deep hole along the pump out area. On the phone they claimed it was from the installation over 7yrs ago. They said they would oh so graciously check it out for a fee of over 200 dollars. Avoid these people like the plague. read more

Purchased a full septic replacement with Ace in June of 2024. A few days ago, I noticed a large crack across the main discharge pipe from the house. I sealed it with epoxy, but wanted to know if it should be inspected further. Called Ace, told them the situation and sent pictures. Jordan called me back and wanted to send a tech out, and I agreed. Richard from ACE came out and found the main line had settled and caused a crack at the junction point. He quickly replaced the damaged pipe, leveled the existing pipe, added some dirt, seeded and even cleaned my filter. Great response, great company. Highly recommended. read more

I contacted this company to have my tank pumped out, they wanted my credit card to keep on file, I told them I was going to pay by check after they pumped my tank, she stated that they still needed my credit card on file, I have never nor would I ever do business with any company that did this, I went elsewhere. read more

We just had ACE do a septic upgrade for nitrogen remediation. Except for a $500 permit fee the cost was covered by a grant. From my first contact with them until they finished the job today they have been informative, communicative, and helpful every step of the way. Ace Septic and Waste sent a personable enough technician out, but unfortunately, he didn't do anything resembling a thorough job trying to find our septic tank with his probe. He gave up after about 15- 20 minutes of probing the ground and never found the tank. He did pump a little water out of our clean out point and then charged us $150 for the lack of job completion. I went out the next day and bought a probe and found the tank location to be a foot or so further down than the tech was probing. Seems I am a better technician and I've never probed for a septic tank before today! I was never informed when making the appointment that there would be a $150 service fee no matter if they actually pumped out the tank or not either. Had I been informed of that, I would not have had them come in the first place. When I called them, instead of getting any form of pro rated service option, all I got was excuses and "sorry you feel that way". Call ASAP Advanced Septic instead, they seem to have employees that don't give up after a few minutes. Woody read more

The WORST SERVICE I've ever encountered! Ace Septic didn't show up for the appointment, never called or returned our calls the day of, and the next day, when they did show, it was Ferrell Septic (was told Ace bought them out). The man was BEYOND RUDE and slightly aggressive!!! He knocked on my door after being there a few minutes, shoved a tablet in my face and said "$275". No FEEDBACK whatsoever and he had zero manners!!
