Joey and his team are INCREDIBLE!!! We were looking for a photography/videography team for our zoo wedding in May and our coordinator recommended Joey. After looking at his website and his work we immediately reached out. Joey is authentically himself, personable, fun yet professional and his work is INSANE. Joey provided us with a package that worked for us and our budget. He works alongside his wife to shoot photos and videos which is exactly what we wanted to have a cohesive vibe across our wedding memories. He even added on his daughter, Melody, to shoot day-of-content! Literally the coolest family photography team ever! My husband and I love natural, candid, fun, in the moment shots and Joey got that. He makes everyone feel so comfortable behind the camera and didn't miss a moment of our day. When he left our wedding he said he'd have previews over to us in a week or so and we were stoked. Exactly 24 hours later he sent us 30 STUNNING previews!!! We were so shocked at how quickly he got them over! When does he sleep?! He had the online gallery ready within 90 days of our wedding and provided 100 more photos than mentioned in our package. They were all incredible! I couldn't narrow them down and had to order a massive photo album because I wanted a print of every single one LOL. Our wedding video was done shortly after the gallery and he allows you to pick the song you want from Musicbed. We went with something different and upbeat to capture the mood of the day and our video is EPIC!!! When you start looking for wedding photography and videography the price may shock you but I can genuinely say that every dollar we spent with Joey was so well worth it. My husband and I booked Joey in March for our wedding in July, we were promised the "best deal around". I took the time to make lists of specific photos I wanted and let Joey know of two specific edits I wanted for two photos( a Star Wars droid attack and we bought sparklers for another). When the big day came, Joey was unorganized and didn't do anything my list had asked. He had from 1:00pm-6:30pm to take all the photos requested but upon delivery of the photos it was a failure. When it came to providing us the photos, what a joke. All of them had the same filter and there were more photos of drinks and shoes than family and friends. And the two edits were not in them. Disappointed isn't even a word I would use in this case. Joey Reger broke his own contract and paid us back $100 for a photo book because he didn't want "disappoint" us more. So much for customer service. $100 for hush money. We weren't given an engagement photo shoot either we wanted a maternity shoot instead and when we asked for our money back, Joey said no we could gift it out. Why would we give a gift of unhappiness and heartache? Our wedding day was not captured at all. We have gone as far as hiring a new photographer and staging our wedding to get the photos of our day. Joey is honestly the best photographer in the business. He bends over backwards to please his clients. I guarantee that if anyone thinks he is not the best, then there is definitely something wrong with them, not Joey. Probably some spoiled, ungrateful, demanding couple that Joey did everything for but somehow still wanted more. He gives you hundreds, if not THOUSANDS of dreamy photos. My wedding photos were literally perfect. Check out his work. He is seriously SO skilled. He is so hilarious and seriously one of the coolest people I have ever met. I have gone to him for literally all of my pictures, engagement, wedding, maternity, the birth of my daughter and all subsequent photo shoots involving her.
