Terrible service and never returning as the care I receive wasn't worth the time or effort to do any further business with this office. I had been there for years & never had this problem & will not accept being herded into a crowded waiting room with so many others again! Such a shame people are so rude!

Mind you they had three staff members sitting behind the counter. The wait woulD never have been so long if one working tech wasn't "fluffing" the prior customers pertaining to all the upgrades which none chose.. I will never go there again. The trip to the main VA would have been better! Don't waste your time. Lastly. The office closes during lunch. Which is why I had to make a second trip totally out of my way to finally have my time wasted..
