I loved this store! Hassle-free experience to be perfectly honest, very attentive, accommodating staff. Carmen, the general manager was pleasant and knowledgeable, she helped me pick the best frames and took me through the whole process very patiently and kindly (it was my first time getting glasses, eye exam, etc.). When I read some of the not-so-favorable reviews I wondered if these people writing these things had gone somewhere else, that's not what we experienced at this store (I took my mom and sister with me too and they loved it). We got discounts, great service, and very very stylish frames! I would definitely recommend this store, 5 stars! read more

The young od tech Ashley Q acted kindly and professionally from her greeting me n leading me to sign in, to her reminding me before I leave to set up a next year appt. As for the doctor, she is incredible! I felt cared for and educated entirely about the health of my eyes and about my prescription. I disagree with the bad reviews. I gave Visionworks of homestead a try and they didn't disappoint. They gave me a discount off my year supply of contact lenses, the staff helped me with getting a rebate from the manufacturer which came in the form of a visa gift card, and on top gave me 60% off a pair designer eyeglasses which they made in an hour, while I waited. I highly recommend this location, convenient, friendly and affordable. read more

I went in not knowing what kind of glasses I wanted and how much I wanted to spend, Tony took the time to give me all of my options and was never pushy. I ended up getting brand new glasses and contacts that I LOVE and can afford. He even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked as far as putting my contacts on and taking them off. As you're waiting in your vehicle people are knocking on your car window asking for a dollar. Very shady neighborhood they should allow you to be inside. At 11 AM I walked to the door knock and the lady said he still not there I said cancel my appointment she immediately says no problem. I see why they have no appointments today. The receptionist didn't care to lose a customer at all it seemed. I gladly will take my business elsewhere. Are usually buy 2 to 3 pairs of glasses when I go to an optometrist to their loss.
