So when I got a bizarre injury in Katrina that an orthopedic surgeon said couldn't be fixed I came here and said "Really?" They said "we'll see" and they made it better. Shoulders are the absolute worst to rehab so when my dr wanted to go with a different PT I said no way I want this one. I have never had to take very many pain meds because PT with these people has always worked and I don't mind going because the staff's number one focus is making me better.

I was diagnosed three weeks ago, requiring an epidural for back pain and therapy. For the past several weeks I have not been able to receive the treatment I desperately need because Bienville computers have been out. I have called, visited and written emails asking to be seen so I could receive a referral for the epidural. In the past three weeks, I have not been able to communicate with anyone. Today I finally received a callback from the nurse telling me they couldn't do anything since the computer system was still out. I told him never mind, I went to another doctor for treatment at which time the IDIOT hung up on me. This is the type of service you can expect to receive from Bienville...go somewhere else!
