Once at 5:30 & the other time at 7:45pm. Every time I've called panicking & freaking out, Dr. Matt & his staff have all gone out of their way to calm me down, & answer my irrational questions. Anytime I need my dog's emergency seizure medicine refilled- they have it ready within 10-15 minutes. I've never had a vet tell me "you know your dog best; so you know what meds and remedies work best for her." This is the first vet clinic that has actually listened to us, heard us out, & not tried to push things on us that we knew wouldn't work for her. On Spring Break- Dr. Matt even went out of his way to call me back 10 minutes after i called him panicking due to a seizure, even though he was out of state on vacation. We're so thankful to have found White River Vet 6 months ago, & any future pets will also become patients of his as well.

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. He has been my doctor for about 20 years and will miss him greatly as I called for a appointment 2 days ago to find a message that he has retired.
