He reassured me everything would be fine and he explained to me in detail where and how he was going to perform the surgery. His medical assistant Natalie was also wonderful. She was always readily available whenever I needed to get a hold of the doctor. When I had an incident a few weeks later and needed to have an x-ray to check my hip, his staff, along with Natalie, were so accommodating and got me in for an appointment right away. Dr. Mennonna personally called me about 15 minutes later to tell me the results, which is a continued testament to how much he cares about his patients and their wellbeing. I would highly recommend him to my family and friends as someone I trust to handle any orthopedic needs.

I had instant pain in my right side of my face n it was excruciating. If I didn't have my family around me I may have done some thing stupid. I saw dr. Coccaro the next day crying in his office. He sent me home with two hydromorphone pills, which they did nothing for the pain I was in. Noticed my pupils were uneven. He sent me to the ER. " cat scan shows nothing". I went to my primary doctor because I haven't heard from dr. Coccaro for two weeks. She got me a MRI after I got denied to complete the right side of my neck. The anesthesia dr. Refused to complete the procedure until I got cleared by a neurologist. MRI show damage deep in the middle of my brain that wasn't there 2019 the most recent MRI I have had done of my brain. After 8wks his office calls me on June 19th, where I couldn't even if I wanted to call back I can't because no one is in the office on a government holiday. This happened March 26th 2025. I'm still in pain with new extra pain. The dr. Didn't even help me find a neurologist n he is the one that gave me a brain injury. I was suffering greatly with a very deep and penetrating pain in my buttocks where I couldn't even…read morelift my foot 1 inch off the floor without severe, debilitating pain. I needed to have an injection in my buttocks. I was very much worried whether it was going to hurt. Dr. Mann reassured me that I would feel nothing. Well, I have to say I felt nothing!!! He did numb me up previously to the injection that helped the affected nerve to calm down. He uses a machine that posts an image on a computer screen, so he knew exactly where to put the needle. He then took the time to show me the details on his computer screen, which I thought was very kind of him to do. Today I have absolutely no pain or discomfort. I am switching over to him to handle my shoulder problems. I would recommend anyone to go to see Dr. Mann, however I hope he doesn't get so busy that he has no time for me lol!
