He couldn't remember a single thing about me, including my age, even though he loved to tell me, "but you're so young." I was his patient for nearly 3 years. He reassured me everything would be fine and he explained to me in detail where and how he was going to perform the surgery. His medical assistant Natalie was also wonderful. She was always readily available whenever I needed to get a hold of the doctor. When I had an incident a few weeks later and needed to have an x-ray to check my hip, his staff, along with Natalie, were so accommodating and got me in for an appointment right away. I needed to have an injection in my buttocks. I was very much worried whether it was going to hurt. Dr. Mann reassured me that I would feel nothing. Well, I have to say I felt nothing!!! He did numb me up previously to the injection that helped the affected nerve to calm down. He uses a machine that posts an image on a computer screen, so he knew exactly where to put the needle. He then took the time to show me the details on his computer screen, which I thought was very kind of him to do. Today I have absolutely no pain or discomfort. I am switching over to him to handle my shoulder problems. I would recommend anyone to go to see Dr. Mann, however I hope he doesn't get so busy that he has no time for me lol!
