The facility is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, meticulously clean, and maintains a quiet, calming environment. Patients are treated with genuine care, and it clearly shows in the staff's daily interactions. As a private duty nurse working with individuals who have dementia, I have seen many facilities and never have I found one I would feel comfortable recommending for my own family an. South Cove Manor is an exception. I would confidently choose this facility if such care were ever necessary. The majority of residents are Asian, though the facility is welcoming to all. Staff members speak a variety of Asian languages, which is a significant benefit for residents and families. While I have not personally tried the food, I have not heard any complaints. Residents appear well-adjusted, well-supported, and consistently cared for at a high level--something I cannot say about most places in this industry. A+

I was in Hancock Park for 18 days and if not for the Nurses I would be dead. I injured my whole right side of my body and they helped me with loving care and experience. These Nurses took great care of me and it never an inconvenience for them. Angel and her sister Sherria were my personal Angels. Always making sure I had what I needed and that I wasn't suffering with pain as I was when I came in. Ewanda, Karrie, Barbara, and Alberta, we're all there for me I couldn't even stand on my own. Janice, was on top of my medications and she knew when I was ready for them. Valencia and Joeann gave me my showers and made sure I had everything to clean up without their help I would have been one smelly Nana! Joseph was the computer Wizard and just a very nice Nurse always had a nice Smile. I'm so sorry if I missed anyone you have my apologies For PT and OT kudos go to Leslie, Erin, Ying, Arlene, Amanda, Ann Marie, Steve and Taylor. Thank you so much and for making my first time in Rehabilitation go so smoothly and helpful! Happy New Years to you all. Robin 5-10 B

They would loose his clothes, drop his phone, hearing aids in the floor, break them and leave them there, delay his medication, barley ever answer call bells. We would complain to the nursing supervisor but they had such staff turnover we would have to start over. Bane care uses Pegasus solution for their billing and they are horrible. They would cash checks we would send in for thousands and then say they didn't have them, even though the bank showed they cashed them. One person in billing said one check that was sent in for 6,000 was deducted from another residents bill rather than my father's. Do not go here!!!!

She was at Brigham for over a month, and they moved her to a place in Brookline that was just not at all sufficient for someone that is sick. She stayed at a place in Brookline that was so bad, she had to go to the ER twice for the flu and pneumonia. After being admitted again to the hospital, my family was told this place in Quincy was the only option and our hearts sunk because we only saw these 1 star reviews. This place is a honestly great because the nurses and the aids work and communicate well. There were plenty of rooms so my mom got her own room. They were kind and watch these patients well. It's not perfect, but if you come and check up on your family member every few days this place can be fantastic. My mom was comfortable and was able to recover well. We kept the nurses informed of any changes we noticed and they were kind and receptive. My sisters have spoken directly to the director of nursing and they tell me she is incredibly kind and sweet. If you are reading this review thanks for taking the time to read this, and I wish the best for you and you're family members.

Victor's communication skills, nurturing style, thoroughness, etc. were top notch. He quickly became our family contact and still to this day, our mom keeps in touch with him. He and the rest of the staff went above and beyond for the Sargent family.

The nursing staff is consistently kind, professional, attentive, and always willing to answer questions and provide updates. Every staff member I have encountered has been welcoming, compassionate, and genuinely caring. What means the most to me is that my mother speaks only Russian and does not understand English. Royal Braintree has Russian-speaking staff who are able to communicate with her in her native language, which has made an incredible difference in her experience and quality of life. Being able to speak with the people caring for her helps her feel comfortable, understood, and at home. Before I would even enter the room, I've heard the patience, kindness, and respect they show my mother and other residents. That speaks volumes about the culture of this facility. Thank you to the entire team and leadership for creating an environment where residents are treated with dignity, compassion, and like family.
