And if you don't find a size you need they have more in the back, if you ask and they will look for you. The store has a many other items like turkey rolls or breasts if you want something smaller or there is pepperoni sticks, savoury pies or Krause berry pies and jams and fresh bread. There is also a deli to serve you lunch and soups. I always buy my turkey here now and it makes such a difference in the quality of bird compared to the store bought ones. More expensive but worth it for the quality and taste. Highly recommend buying a JD turkey!

Hm.....Makes you wonder what kind of shrooms they are selling. But it isn't those kind of mushrooms. They have a nice selection of shitake and oyster mushrooms that are grown organically. They also sell mushroom logs so you can try your hand at growing them yourself at home. Picked up a large tray of organic baby shitake for a very reasonable $3. They work really well in pasta with just a bit of butter and soy sauce, and we're doing some in Japanese simmering style as well. Delicious!

I recently did U-pick raspberries here and had a great time…read more Check in at the U-pick hut, read the rules, and go picking. If you need a bucket, they sell them for $1.50/$2 depending on size. You can also bring your own anything - bowls, boxes, whatever. We had to cross the street and walk about 100m to get to the picking area. Blueberries and currants were in season as well. Raspberries grow at eye level so I find them much more comfortable to pick. We were able to get just under 15 pounds in 20-30 minutes, and paid ~$45. The berries themselves were delicious. They also have a store with pre-picked fruit, and a variety of drinks, produce, and other items for sale. The parking lot is mostly shaded by trees, which is great for hot summer days.

They had raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, blueberries and red currants for u-pick. They also has a market with these berries that were pre-picked if you prefer not to pick yourself. The price of u-pick is $3.50/lb. My mum and I ended up with 10.5 pounds of strawberries and blueberries (combined). This place is so gorgeous because they also had a shady area set up with some tables to hang out. There's also a mini kid friendly playground. Plus a food truck on site? Hell yeah!
