When his crew came out a few days later, I again gave the foreman directions on what I wanted done. Besides hiring this company, I made the mistake of going into my garage and not monitoring their work. When I did check out their progress, I was shocked at what they had done to my trees. To say they had butchered them would be a compliment. They had not come close to following my instructions. I was so infuriated that I couldn't say a word because I knew the only thing that would come out of my mouth would be profanity. Shortly afterwards, I called the company and requested to speak to Matt. I was advised that he was not there and the female who I spoke to asked if she could assist me. I explained what had happened to her and requested she have Matt call me. She advised me that she would and asked me to send her photos of the trees.
