Jack's team removed our two 65ft Redwood trees in March 2021. The estimate for the work was spot on within $100 of 4 other licensed tree servicers. Estimator was very thorough in explaining exactly how they tackle this large job safely. Very friendly, professional, and helpful. The office assistant got us scheduled within 4 days of the estimate. She was upfront and curtious. The team arrived promptly right at the scheduled time. The crew were in good spirits in working together with each other. They fell the first tree into the street within 30mins of starting. And then moved very quickly to reopen the street. They cleaned up as they went to make sure passersby were safe. The second tree has cornered by two shared property fences. They quickly trimmed the limbs being very conscious of not damaging the fence nor letting debris fall into thier backyards. Afterwards, they cleaned up those yards as well. Jack, himself, was on site and kept everyone moving along. Great supervisor and great team. I had some large decorative rocks that Jack moved for me; going above and beyond what was contracted. The stump grinding was thorough and clean up by the crew of 10 went fast. Jack Beningo Tree Servive helped me out with 2 jobs. 1) My neighbor is disabled and Edison had chopped the back of his Oak Tree. I assisted the son who's out of town with getting estimates. When Jack met me at the property he was prompt and concerned for the shape of this huge Oak tree which was leaning toward the home. In his words, please get this tree balanced a.s.a.p!!!! Even if it's not with me I'm very concerned with the weather (during rainy season) that the tree or a big limb will fall on to the house or worse on the neighbor. We chose him over 4 estimates. Customer for life! Just had 5 trees shaped and thinned, plus roots on surface of the largest tree. Jack Benigno Tree Service did a great job, in only 2 hours. This is our second time with them and happy twice. They gave us a time window they would arrive and arrived early. They had enough guys there to be working one three trees at a time. They made time for our questions, updated us along the way. A big difference was having us come outside and check their work. They stayed until everything was exactly the way we wanted it. Customer for life! I did try one of the others with a good review here, and they were terrible. Cost less, but we had to suffer through a few years before it grew out enough to repair. They didn't stick around for us to see the job, and when we complained they came out and said the guy said he was a certified arborist and we would like the look in a few months (stayed a mess). Called. Got a call back within minutes on Jan 27, 2023. Came to home for free estimate for trimming and shaping 5 trees, and cutting down 2 others. Very knowledgeable about trees. Gave a fair estimate based on my research and I hired them. They came out 1 week later and within 1 1/2 hours the trees were done and a very excellent clean up was completed.
