Added supposed 'Required' $1500. to original estimate. Claimed 'the other girl is new here'., misquoted estimate. Brought back someone in charge, same new face, at Front desk that said we'd need to talk to back office staff about previous estimate. Not much good at Bait and Switch to begin with! Completely agree with previous poster; Control freaks have no place dealing with customer, patients. Know WHY they don't have many patients.

I went to this dental office and had great rapport with the doctor. However, from there my…read moreexperience turned into a terrible trauma due to the negligence and eventual hostility of the staff. Insurance filings were not done properly. When I inquired about the problem, I was lied to -- then excluded from access to the dentist. When I made an appointment to try to get in to see him, I was taken into a small, enclosed room with the office manager who was not wearing a mask (this was during the height of Covid). She talked at me, not allowing me to get a word in. Then I was made to wait in the office for a long period of time after which I was told I could not see the dentist. I'm sure the dentist was given a false story about me, as I did nothing to deserve this kind of treatment. I was treated this way because the front office staff was afraid their employer would learn of their lack of service. STAY AWAY!!!
