Dr. Beck took out mercury fillings I've had since I was a child. I have Auto-Immune a few other…read moreillnesses. I had a root canal go wrong & I also had a tooth pulling go so badly. (Crack my tooth then left it inside of me for weeks!) I felt all the pain when they pulled out my tooth. So I had an extreme fear of going back into the dentist. In one sitting he took out ALL of my mercury fillings! Replaced them with white fillings he is a kind man with a kind nature about him and his staff is also like minded kind compassionate. I was not going to go in just stay full of mercury and sick as well. I will overcame my fear and showed up and I'm grateful I did. He took my fear away I'm no longer scared of the dentist. After the X-rays were taken and a tiny chip filled (all this due to an assault on me) she said she changed her mind, she wanted cash. I called Medicare and they said they def would cover the work. I even provided photos and police report to the dental office. So Dr Bonura refused my insurance after the fact, and is trying to have me served to pay. Harassing me for something she was responsible for. I called Medicare and reported her. They are sending a complaint letter to her. If she does not cease and desist I will take this report to the NM STATE DENTAL BOARD along with social media. An extremely dishonest and unethical dental institution. All the other people involved in my assault were paid but this dentist has decided to harass me through no fault of my own. Do not trust this dental practice
