After the conviction, I wanted to appeal the verdict. I contacted him to handle the appeal. Bart said that I should had hired him for the first trial and there may have been a better outcome. He made it clear that he didn't want to do help me and didn't want to do a trial if it wasn't a criminal offense. He said I should contact another lawyer. Why send a solicitation for services, citing 25 years of trial work as a traffic attorney, if he doesn't have the "stones" to actually do the work and get paid to handle another case while already in court I guess being the Third of the G.H. Browns has afforded him the ability to not care at all about people who need legal help, EVEN THOSE WITH THE ABILITY TO PAY his fees. Do NOT waste time trying to contact G.H.
