I humbly confess that Bart Brown provided the most professional and impactful legal representation…read morethat I have ever had in my life. I had a few traffic violations and though minor in nature to most it meant a lot to me. He always exceeded expectations and achieved great results that I was much pleased with. More importantly, he cared. Bart would call me after a case was successfully resolved to tell me the news and also that he was praising God for the results. It meant a lot to me at the time to know he was actively praying for me and doing everything in his power to resolve the cases I had. Bart was a major factor in transforming my life for the better and I will forever be grateful for him and what he meant to me the short time he represented me. I highly recommend him for anyone needing legal representation.

I had a slightly more complicated case involving an appeal to traffic conviction. …read more Bart had sent me a solicitation for legal services and appeared to be a decent attorney. After the conviction, I wanted to appeal the verdict. I contacted him to handle the appeal. Bart said that I should had hired him for the first trial and there may have been a better outcome. He made it clear that he didn't want to do help me and didn't want to do a trial if it wasn't a criminal offense. He said I should contact another lawyer. Why send a solicitation for services, citing 25 years of trial work as a traffic attorney, if he doesn't have the "stones" to actually do the work and get paid to handle another case while already in court I guess being the Third of the G.H. Browns has afforded him the ability to not care at all about people who need legal help, EVEN THOSE WITH THE ABILITY TO PAY his fees. Do NOT waste time trying to contact G.H. "Bart" Brown...He will be of no help.

I was rear ended on Thanksgiving eve a few years back. I decided to call Hardee, Massey & Blodgett…read morebecause of their testimonies and boy, am I glad I did, Attorney Massey took my call Thanksgiving eve. From that day forward, the office has been right on top of everything, making sure my medical appointments were lined up. They called me after my surgeries to check up on me, and they handled my case professionally. I was extremely happy with the outcome and I HIGHLY recommend this team for any accident related cases. Thank You Hardee, Massey & Blodgett!

I am disgusted with this law firm. They had prematurely sent in a demand too early, claiming I had…read morea gap in treatment. I explained to them that the small gap was due to the VA's delay in authorization for payment to be seen by my physical therapist. So, they admitted their mistake and decided to send in a supplemental claim to the at fault insurance company. All the while, I've been doing exercises at home for my injuries that were designed for me to do by my physical therapist. I have seen a physical therapist and 2 different chiropractors. I have ongoing chronic pain that hasn't resolved and limits the time I can stand or sit. I can no longer lie on my left side in bed at night because of my left hip pain caused by the accident. I have persistent flashbacks of the wreck. Yet, Mr. Massey waited like a week before the statute of limitations for the lawsuit which was almost 3 years, to tell me that my case was unique because the truck that hit me had "sovereign immunity" and that he was going to relay my case to Stephanie who had more experience with my type of case. Yet, all the while he and Amy had me believing it was a regular "commercial" accident. I asked Mr. Massey and Stephanie why are they just now telling me after almost 3 years, that sovereign immunity would be an issue. Sovereign immunity was never mentioned beforehand. Mr. Massey replied that they just wanted to "sugarcoat" the conversation in order to take my case. I asked him what percent of their cases involve sovereign immunity. He replied about 5%. Then Stephanie asks me, "I don't have my notes and photos, did the truck that hit you have a company name on the vehicle?" This told me that they had just laid my case aside and wasn't prepared to handle it efficiently, since they had so little experience handling "sovereign immunity" cases. The insurance company low balled an offer and Stephanie did not try to deviate much higher than their offer because she claimed "similar cases to mine" have not resulted in much more in court. I argued that the offer was ridiculous and that there's no way it would realistically compensate for my long term injuries. So I told Stephanie "Tell them $25,000" no less." to which she expressed doubt that the insurance company would agree to. To Stephanie's surprise, the insurance company did agree to it. So basically, I ended up doing her job for her when it came to negotiations. Even though $25,000 was still a low offer, I agreed to settle and get it over with with digust. They claimed they were scared to go to trial for fear I'd lose money due to their sovereign immunity. So I am very displeased with the outcome and do NOT recommend this firm. Yet I give 1 star for the birthday card they sent me. However, I now know different firms who have much more experience with sovereign immunity cases than HMB and I will utilize 1 of them instead if I shall need future representation. I am Chad Solomon, a former client of theirs.

While I will say Mr…read more Irons did respond to my messages in a timely manner and overall the ruling ended up in my favor, I wouldn't say the quality of his services were worth the outcome. My biggest grievance with Mr. Irons was he reached out to me a year after the trial when I had a retainer in place to ask me a question if I thought my ex was going to re-file the conditions of our court agreement and then charged me $225 to ask me my opinion. When I confronted him and told him that I would like my entire retainer , he told me that it was in my best interest for him to send me an email asking if my ex was going to refile and therefore felt as if his consulting services were still in service. If I had known my ex was going to re-file I think he would've known that too. At the end I did not get my $225 refunded for the email he sent me. As a medical professional, I would never charge my patients if I was reaching out to them. I feel like this is exceptionally unprofessional and something that people should keep in mind when seeking his services. There's a very good chance you will be overcharged for emails and that while these email conversations take up to his time, they clearly do not value of $225 for his or your knowledge.

Speeding ticket and out of state driver? Then give this law firm a call! I was in Camden County…read moreNorth Carolina for the first time and was pulled over for speeding. In my situation there was nobody on the highway so it was easy to be cruising while being unfamiliar to the area speed limits. I haven't received a speeding ticket since a teenager (late 90s) and to my surprise I was cited 17 mph over the limit, which is a mandatory court appearance. On Yelp I searched lawyers in the area who would be able to appear in my absence and Glover firm popped up. I did a quick check on Martindale-Hubbell and figured this will be the firm I will seek assistance. I was very pleased with how responsive and the detailed explanation provided of the process to hopefully get my citation dropped to a lesser charge with no points to my license. Attorney, Danny Glover, called me the same day I inquired of their services and his legal assistant, Danelle, provided the documents for signature and walked me through each step. Added bonus, my entire situation was taken care of in less than two weeks and over a month before the scheduled court hearing. This is likely because of the firm's professional relationship with the district attorney and the courts. Im writing this because the Glover firm deserves Yelp visibility for anyone in a traffic violation, out of state or not. They are fantastic and though I hope not to need their services again I highly recommend to anyone who does.
