The first review, which is the only 5 star review, has only reviewed CW psychological services…read more What does that tell you? My child had been going for a couple months, insurance changed. I sent new insurance info to my therapist, who said she would forward it on to the billing department. My child had 7 more sessions. 45 days after my child stopped going, I get an email with a bill stating that the insurance company denied coverage and as I signed paperwork stating I would cover any unpaid fees, they say it's my responsibility. Which makes legal sense, however it is highly irresponsible at best or down right manipulative at worst. I spoke to an office manager who said they switched billing services during that time, and that the owner will not lower my bill. And is sending the bill to a collections company. They hire inexperienced therapists and have an experienced therapist supporting them. Feel free to try their psychological services if that sounds fun to you. My recommendation, Steer clear of CW Psychological Services.

I made a lot of progress in a few weeks and realized that i needed to work with a couples therapist. I reached out to this company to look for a couples therapist, and again, the people there helped a lot. However, after talking with at least three people about changing to couples therapy instead of individual, nobody ever told me that I needed to be in individual therapy in order to qualify for couples therapy. When mental health is already a low priority for many people, this company makes it very difficult to get the help we need. None of the at least three people that I spoke to at the company knew about this arbitrary rule. I filled out a bunch of paperwork, changed my schedule, found a babysitter in order to book couples therapy here. After everything was set, they decided that I needed to be enrolled in individual therapy as well if I wanted couples therapy. They said nothing about my husband needing to do the same. This company took me and at my most vulnerable while I was grieving my father's death, and now they are holding it against me when I am trying to work on my marriage. I do want to acknowledge that everyone I spoke to has been very kind and helpful, but they do keep coming back to the fact that my individual therapist recommends that I stay in individual in order to also be in couples. To me, this hits harder than if I hadn't even started therapy at all. Now, instead of working on my marriage that has needed work for years, I am being judged for seeking help as I grieve my father's passing. These events have nothing to do with each other and the "supervisor" at this Clinic has thrown this arbitrary rule at me that is not posted anywhere! I have never worked well with any therapist, so it is hard for me to really judge the therapist that I was working with. So I will not mention any names. This post is not meant to throw anyone under the bus. This post is meant to warn its readers that this company has a lot of issues that it needs to work on. Be careful seeking help with them! After this experience, I am set back YEARS in my acceptance for help in this manner. Horrible company! Good people, but HORRIBLE company!
