Yes, talking down on how incompetent your coworkers are definitely sheds favorable light on you guys. Basically, I now officially hate going to the doctor, because that entails hours of headache while the offices are gaining hundreds/thousands of dollars. Also, if you complain about a simple pain, they'll refer you to multiple places, who will charge you thousands of dollars in procedures that aren't necessary, just to realize nothing is wrong, and they're just using you to bring the dough.

I had read the reviews on Yelp about Dr. Laura Picciano, so I tried to get an appointment with her. She was booked for 2 months, but there were other physicians at her practice, Hahnemann Internal Medicine, who could see me within a week. I decided to go with Dr. Jane Fitzpatrick and see what happened. When I arrived this morning, the front desk staff was friendly and very helpful. I got there about 15 minutes before my appointment time, and I was seen within 20 minutes. The nursing staff was as friendly as at any other practice I've ever been to. After being placed in a room, I only waited about 5 minutes for Dr. Fitzpatrick. She was extremely nice and listened to all of my complaints. She didn't make me feel like any problem was too big or too small. Her bedside manner was great, and she definitely took her time to talk with me. I had a very positive experience and I will definitely keep her as my GP.
