To Whom It May Concern, or anyone thanking to use this attorney office…read more I am writing to formally express my serious concern and disappointment regarding how my matter was handled by your office. My case was verbally accepted, confirmed in writing, and supported by a signed retainer agreement. Based on those representations, I reasonably relied on your firm to represent me. I ceased pursuing alternative counsel and operated under the understanding that my legal matter was actively being handled. After several months, I received notice that your firm would no longer be representing me. Acceptance of representation -- particularly when accompanied by a signed retainer agreement -- establishes a professional obligation. A delayed withdrawal after months of reliance has the potential to prejudice a client's legal position and materially impact deadlines, strategy, and available remedies. Additionally, the extended period of communication prior to and during representation created the clear understanding that my case was being properly evaluated and pursued. If there were concerns regarding viability, scope, or internal review processes, those should have been communicated transparently and in a timely manner. The prolonged delay, followed by withdrawal, created unnecessary hardship and confusion. Clients rely heavily on the representations made by counsel, especially when formal agreements are executed. Furthermore, your public advertising suggests strong advocacy and commitment to individuals seeking representation. My experience, however, has left me questioning whether cases are prioritized primarily based on projected financial value rather than merit and circumstance. At the end of the day if they feel your case is not value of thousands or millions don't waste you time with this worthless fly by night so call with the words of "I got this" yea you got nothing.. After I see all the reviews I will say any the good 3 stars or better is more likely is a paid review or someone work for the company

Tamara deserves not one star. She met with my great nephew one time and decided that she knew him…read morewell enough to make a decision in the court. Tamara stated a child needs his mother. His mother abandoned him for 8 months, is in-and-out of mental institutions, totaled a vehicle due to being an catatonic state, and is only now in his life due to divorce. Which took 3 separate time to serve because the mother was no where to be found. The mother attended NONE of the mandatory classes while the father, who has always taken care of my great nephew, did EVERYTHING asked of him. My great nephew has told me he doesn't want to see his mom. On top of all this, Tamara stated the supervised visitation will be short lived. HOW IS THIS SAFE FOR THE CHILD? It saddens me to see this prejudice against fathers!

Tamara Veit was not my lawyer but she was the opposing counsel during my divorce. She took over…read moreafter the retirement of her extremely professional predecessor. I found letters from Tamara Veit to be markedly unprofessional; not a single letter arrived without an unnecessarily aggressive tone, threats, and personal insults. Her predecessor never wrote letters like that and neither did my lawyer. My lawyer commented that "the other lawyer seems to be taking this very personally", which is a polite lawyerly way of saying unprofessional. I understand that Tamara was conveying the emotional outbursts from my soon-to-be ex, but a lawyer's job is to convey information clearly and professionally, not just parrot unfiltered emotional insults from the client during official correspondence. If we wanted to mudsling instead of negotiate we could leave expensive lawyers out of it. Tamara Veit must be new to practicing law because she doesn't yet understand that just because her client says something doesn't make it true. Sometimes clients say things that are sensationalized, exaggerated, and untrue for their own reasons--to build a "case", make themselves look good, make the other person look crazy, etc. which was the case here. A professional and experienced lawyer understands this and steers clear of counteractive personal attacks. So as a person on the receiving end of Tamara Veit's unprofessional letters I would definitely not recommend her services. If not for my lawyer's cool head, Tamara would have taken the situation through the expensive trial process.
