What a horrible lawyer, and worse person! I chose Brian after receiving a DUI by googling DUI lawyers, he was the first name that popped up so I went with him. I was encouraged by my first meeting with him as he seemed nice enough and felt confident he could help me (I wasn't even driving when I received the DUI, so it seemed like a no-brainer). I lived out of state at the time, and wanted to make sure I had him secured before flying out, so I paid him CASH UP FRONT at our initial meeting. Everything went down hill from there. When my court date got set I called & e-mailed him to confirm he would be there, no response! I was buying a ticket to fly back, and had no response from him confirming he would be there for representation. As the days before the court date got closer, I began calling daily & was given voice-mail by his Secretary every time with no call back. I flew in for my Court date only to find he was not there. The Judge actually felt sorry for me and said they would allow time for me to try to get in contact with him to see if he would come. I called and e-mailed him for the next two hours before realizing it was a lost cause. I found out later that he, my lawyer, was the one who pushed back the date. He did this without contacting me once. They rescheduled my court date and I was devastated. I realized then, of course, how horrible he was, but had no money to secure another lawyer. I sent him all the paperwork and info for my next court date FINALLY getting in touch with him (the only way I was able to reach him was through another lawyer who I knew, I was telling the story to, he actually knew Brian and said he would try to help me get in touch). When we spoke, I did not get into how frustrated I was with him because I just wanted him to show up. Anyone who as gotten a DUI knows how expensive they are, let alone having to worry about paying for flights there and back. In addition, I was 20 years old and had no license the entire year before I was even on probation due to the prolonged court process ALL BECAUSE OF BRIAN LEININGER. My court dates kept getting rescheduled, when I finally arrived for my final one, guess who was finally there? Brian! I was thrilled, although he did not even interact with me. He was there long enough to QUICKLY LOSE the case for me. The next year of my life was horrible, paying off all of the DUI & court fees, having a suspended license, etc. Brian never apologized, explained himself or spoke with me again. He got his money, what did he need with me? I do not understand how an Attorney can have that level of disrespect, but I certainly learned my lesson and will never use someone who was not referred to me again. I sincerely hope this helps keep save at least one person from using this unethical and disrespectful man. My court date has come and gone, Brian was able to get my tickets dismissed so all I have to do is pay the fine. I didn't even have to go to court he took care of everything. I would definitely recommend using Leinlinger Law Offices, I know if I need to I will in the future! read more

I was looking for a good criminal attorney, sure wouldn't be looking for a bad criminal attorney, and had asked around a couple of people that I knew from job sites and who they would recommend and they pointed me to the law office of Leininger Law Offices and I met with Brian. Don't really know what he was suppose to look like but he had an office with a lot of law books so I knew I picked the right one. I guess if he hadn't had any books in his office, I was in trouble. He talked to me about my case and I told him that I couldn't miss much more of work or else I would lose my job. He got my court date as quickly as I could of imagined, and ended up having my charges reduced and I ended up just paying a fine, NO jail time, and didn't lose my job! I would recommend him for anyone who doesn't want to go to jail and showed a lot of concern for my not only keeping my job, but also, turned out to be a great person all around. Brian Leininger has been a wonderful lawyer and help to me. I was referred to him by the lawyer of a friend, and upon meeting, he immediately was warm, knowledgeable, and fair. He suggested a very reasonable retainer for his services and was easily able to get me the most ideal outcome (diversion) that I could have hoped for in my case, especially since the court-appointed attorney I first talked to had told me that I was not eligible for diversion and was looking at much stricter penalties and fewer options. Brian was at every court date without fail, and not only was I notified by email and phone about my case from his secretary, but I also received calls from Brian himself confirming and keeping me up to date on my case. When I had a family issue that I needed legal advice on, completely unrelated to what I had hired him for, he happily sat down and spoke with me and helped send me in the direction I needed to go, free of charge.
